CONFIRMED: KYOGO ON BENCH

KYOGO FURUHASHI will start on the substitutes’ bench for the crucial Premiership confrontation with St Johnstone at Parkhead this afternoon.

Ange Postecoglou has admitted the 16-goal Japanese international striker WILL play some part of the match after being ruled out for the past 17 fixtures with a hamstring problem.

The Hoops boss has gone with the starting line-up that won 2-1 at Ibrox last weekend to move six points clear at the Premiership pinnacle with six games stil to play.

Greek hitman Giorgis Giakoumakis, scorer of 11 goals this year, will lead the attack with Filipe Jota and Daizen Maeda on the flanks.

Defensive stalwarts Cameron Carter-Vickers, the matchwinner in Govan, and Carl Starfelt will again takes their places at the heart of the rearguard.
