Scott Brown’s comment that the players will “look to do any talking on the park” is what you want to hear from the captain this week. Scott’s only just returned from a lengthy absence and is yet to get into full flow, but on form, he is the difference between an anaemic and an effective Celtic.
It’s always hard to judge from the stands what a team is missing when it’s off form but it’s clear we need leaders on the park to grab hold of games and dominate opponents. Scott is our most effective player in this role; a lot of responsibility lies on his shoulders in the coming weeks.
Saturday can’t come soon enough. It’s a far more important game than the semi-final I continually see articles on.
I’ve been in touch with three of the Res 12 guys and hope to pick up on this shortly.

I suspect we are all completely unaware of the time and effort you and the Res12 coterie have expended.
To see what on the surface looks like a complete betrayal by Celtic must feel like a kick in the gonads.
I’m sure everyone in the Celtic cyber arena appreciates your resoluteness and idefatigility.
Hopefully you can gather enough support from here and elsewhere to continue this and see it through to a successful conclusion.

Strange that you refer to the ‘informed opinion’ of a known troll but many times I’ve told you facts regarding the Trust and you file them in your head as my misinformed opinion.
The Celtic Trust EC is made up decent, honest people, some of whom spend an inordinate amount of time on, what they see as, issues relating to the Plc board. There are no hidden agendas and no malicious reasoning in our actions. If we have something to say, we say it, often directly to Celtic. If it’s an important enough issue we try to raise it as a resolution at the AGM.
We ask the hard questions. It doesn’t make us popular with all Tims but it’s done because with integrity and with the genuine interests of Celtic in our hearts.
Compare that with the recent inaction of the Plc board.

Since the early days of the Sevco saga I have been uncertain of the role of our club in the shenanigans that have ensued.
In spite of my misgivings, I continued to renew my season ticket because I wanted to believe that we were more than a business.
Now, it seems that we are not even a business….. Businesses look after their shareholders and listen to their customers.
As things stand, I will no longer kid myself into renewing.
I may keep my shares as a souvenir of the times when our fans, our club stood together and fought the good fight.
