Doing your talking on the park

603

Scott Brown’s comment that the players will “look to do any talking on the park” is what you want to hear from the captain this week. Scott’s only just returned from a lengthy absence and is yet to get into full flow, but on form, he is the difference between an anaemic and an effective Celtic.

It’s always hard to judge from the stands what a team is missing when it’s off form but it’s clear we need leaders on the park to grab hold of games and dominate opponents. Scott is our most effective player in this role; a lot of responsibility lies on his shoulders in the coming weeks.

Saturday can’t come soon enough. It’s a far more important game than the semi-final I continually see articles on.

I’ve been in touch with three of the Res 12 guys and hope to pick up on this shortly.

You seem to be going a bit 1970s with all this Cold War Paranoia:)

    =====================================================================

When you see images of ” Che ” ( circa `59 ) imposed on the white of the Irish flag , then perhaps you might see some relevance .

The irony…………is the white not intended to represent peace between the orange and the Green ?

Perhaps you should be having a word with them , not me.

Looks to me you are dancing to the tunes of the SDM orchestrated MSM.

Part of the reason I enjoyed Rangers being liquidated so much is to shove it right up SDM for his treatment of Fergus, so much so that even today, CFC fans don’t praise him enough.

The other main reason why I’m glad Rangers were liquidated is because a person died as a result of following our team. Football is nowhere important enough for that to happen.

It’ll take a few years, but the poison died the day Rangers were died and not before time either.

I don’t doubt your heart for a moment. Your love for Celtic is something I’d never dare to question. Nor would anyone on here I’m sure.

But your missing of the clear and present danger at this moment in time does little to help or protect the subject of your devotion.

  6. This huge freekin asda chicken ad thing has now polluted my cqn experience so often it’s showing up in my most frequently visited sites!

In light of recent revelations, I blame the Board.

Macjay will no doubt blame the Trust and other assorted green reds under the bed!

  7. Bob o baldy. Fergus McCann did exactly what he said he would do and left with his reward which was a massive profit.

The only reason he was successful was the Celtic fans bought his shares and season tickets. The same fans who outed the old board.

It’s always the Celtic fans. Always.

Part of the disgusting current board that angers me most is that they have been criminalising and attacking the Celtic fans with impunity. Now we know why. They have joined the Huns and the sfa to cover up corruption and I believe that they have been trying to scare the support or discredit them enough that our voices of dissent will never be heard.

I cannot express my hatred for the Celtic board enough.

It beleive that every penny should be withdrawn from Celtic until they are forced to resign.

I also believe we need to restart celts for change and find ways to out this board and the wider corruption in Scottish football.

The poison will never leave unless we make it and it’s clear the poison has taken root in the Celtic boardroom.

I remember a few years ago, Top copper on the news talking about tackling the ‘Marxist Malcontents’.

It was fearmongering….seeing as there were no ‘Marxist Malcontents’ whatsoever.

That copper, was about 30 years out of date.

    Now…putting my academic head on.

I would suggest a cursory glance( a small search should suffice), at the ‘Walsall Anarchists’ case, 1892 or thereabouts.

You will get my point rather quickly.

My mhan…..Rangers urny deid….we play them next month.

Know why their not deid ?

Because, the leaders of Celtic PLC – the descendants of McCann – looked the other way as, the deid(LOL) huns were allowed in the back door to Div 3.

Why did Celtic not ‘cojole’ all the other clubs into preventing the return of a ‘form’ of Rangers ?

Why did Celtic PLC, sleekitly sit at the back of the bus and watch an, old ill man, Turnbull Hutton(RIP) take the fight to the cheating huns ?

Ah mean, how many trophies did Rangers FC, cheat Raith Rovers out of ?

Ah mean, how many £millions did Rangers FC, cheat Raith Rovers out of ?

Why did Celtic say that the situation re : Rangers FC, was nothing to do with them ?

Was it not,Celtic PLC’s supporters who were, the biggest vicTims of the, Rangers FC cheating ?

Rangers Fc didny die because, Celtic PLC are complicit in their cheating and, they did this to try to keep Rangers FC alive, to retain the Old Firm rivalry.

Celtic PLC took season book money from Celtic supporters for, Walters 3 in a row years….knowing full well that the game was rigged and, yer wee pal fergus was shoved ou to try to get fans to renew their books so, one has to assume that ‘he’ knew as well ?

  10. Wednesday 11th

I received a large amount of birthday cards today. Some from people I do not know. In particular a Mass bouquet with fifty Masses on it from Mrs Burns from Sevastopol Street. We all know of her, she never forgets us and we shan’t forget her, bless her dear heart.

I also received a card from reporter Brendan O Cathaoir, which indeed was thoughtful. I received a letter from a friend, and from a student in America whom I don’t know, but again it’s good to know that people are thinking of you. There were some smuggled letters as well from my friends and comrades.

I am the same weight today and have no complaints medically. Now and again I am struck by the natural desire to eat but the desire to see an end to my comrades’ plight and the liberation of my people is overwhelmingly greater.

The doctor will be taking a blood test tomorrow. It seems that Dr Ross has disappeared and Dr Emerson is back…

Again, there has been nothing outstanding today except that I took a bath this morning. I have also been thinking of my family and hoping that they are not suffering too much.

I was trying to piece together a quote from James Connolly today which I’m ashamed that I did not succeed in doing but I’ll paraphrase the meagre few lines I can remember.

They go something like this: a man who is bubbling over with enthusiasm (or patriotism) for his country, who walks through the streets among his people, their degradation, poverty, and suffering, and who (for want of the right words) does nothing, is, in my mind, a fraud; for Ireland distinct from its people is but a mass of chemical elements.

Perhaps the stark poverty of Dublin in 1913 does not exist today, but then again, in modern day comparison to living standards in other places through the world, it could indeed be said to be the same if not worse both North and South. Indeed, one thing has not changed, that is the economic, cultural and physical oppression of the same Irish people…

Even should there not be 100,000 unemployed in the North, their pittance of a wage would look shame in the company of those whose wage and profit is enormous, the privileged and capitalist class who sleep upon the people’s wounds, and sweat, and toils.

Total equality and fraternity cannot and never will be gained whilst these parasites dominate and rule the lives of a nation. There is no equality in a society that stands upon the economic and political bog if only the strongest make it good or survive. Compare the lives, comforts, habits, wealth of all those political conmen (who allegedly are concerned for us, the people) with that of the wretchedly deprived and oppressed.

Compare it in any decade in history, compare it tomorrow, in the future, and it will mock you. Yet our perennial blindness continues. There are no luxuries in the H-Blocks. But there is true concern for the Irish people.

  11. Re post from yesterday in the hope of some assistance.

    Help.

I have received a letter from the Halifax regarding my Celtic shares. (No, I’m not rivalling Dermot Desmond…yet)

The letter says that they will be unable from April to deal with my shares, including reinvesting my dividend in buying new shares (about £15 worth each year).

I only have them in the Halifax for somewhere to hold but have no clue about shares or dealing.

Grateful if someone could enlighten me on this.

So who was it that the complaint was made to and by whom ?

Could us as Celtic fans and Shareholders not do the same with ur concerns on FTSFA ?

That`s a fair bit of reading you`ve passed on.

    I`ll finish later.

What I saw was an interview with a former member of I.S. who had became disillusioned with the leadership.

And had provided information which he claimed listed membership.

    (” Wikileaks ” for the West ? :-) )

I would bet my last cent that if the Celtic Trust had a member on the board we wouldn’t be going through this debacle just now, for sure the matter would be reported to uefa.

This is in the interests of the game, integrity, openness and honesty, something our current board and the sfa are seriously devoid of.

And some on here are happy that we are getting shafted, all because they want to bend over to their superiors, hun like if I may say so, nothing like the Celtic people I know.

Dont believe a word of it.

When Logie Baird invented his TV system….no one was interested, apart from…ahem, American Advertising Executives.

Think about the power of that device.

    Its way more sophisticated now.

The TV companies are creating the news

I see roots of it…In the episode of the Reichstag fire in 1933, and how Goebbels and Hitler set that up.

To my mind…they were using psychological means to subvert.

  31. Good morning CQN. Well my mood hasn’t improved any since yesterday regarding our Board and Resolution 12. We have an important game tomorrow and this needs to be taken care of first. My e-mail to JPT will be sent today but I have other more important issues in my life such as my family that come first.

Doc, jealous that you will spend the weekend in my favourite city – enjoy. You should be able to catch the game at Killians/Ned Kelly’s next to the Frauenkirche, the cathedral, or in Kennedy’s in Sendlinger Tor. Unforunately like everything else about Celtic these days there has been a downsizing and you have to accept watching the game on a small screen. Big screens being used for whatever EPL crap is on display. Not like years ago when Celtic were centre stage in these pubs.

Ps try a visit to my favourite pub the Andechser am Dom near Killians and try the Andechs Helles from the monastery brewery.
