    So for me taking an overall view Ronny is doing fine those calling for his head in my opinion are being conned by the view of the MSM who would be delighted to see Ronny go and Celtic to once again be back at the start with a new manager learning the ropes.

    Spot on. They are so easy to see through. All this guff about judging Ronny on Europe. Like they would be saying he was doing a great job if we had gone through but been second in the league! Oh and he HAS to win the treble, cos it’s so easy to do!

     

    They know Sevco can’t catch us so they are trying to drag us down to their level. Sack the manager, start all over again, splash out millions on Steven Fletcher, etc. Guff! We can see right through you!

    I respect those on here that support Ronny – i also accept that you may have a clearer vision than me on what the future looks like for celtic – your ambition for Celtic may be greater or possibly less than mine

     

     

    But I believe the following is a minimum

     

    Celtic should be competing in the group stages of the CL 2 out of every 3 years

     

    Celtic should win the league every year for the next 3 years

     

     

    So it comes down to a yes no answer

     

    If we keep Ronny – Will Celtic qualify for the CL next year – yes no answer ?????

     

     

    Celtic cannot develop by winning the league in Scotland and not being in the CL group stages

     

     

    The measurement for a Celtic manager is the CL Group stages

     

     

    We have failed in the last 2 attempts (3 attempts if you count the Legia debacle)

     

     

    So faith in Ronny is admirable – reality is not qualifying for the CL or even from the Europa league Group

     

     

    BTW my answer to the yes no question is NO

    If you are going to change the manager you had better change the strategy in the boardroom, the CEO & the scouting system. Once that’s done then you can change your manager.

     

     

    Otherwise it’s just more of the same or worse!

    I’m quite happy to believe the judge on this one. He knows the penalties for lying in court.

     

     

    His ruling yesterday wasn’t about lying in court,it was about breaching a decision which had been made in court.

     

     

    Slight difference. And one which leads to the question of why King wasn’t asked to back up his affidavit by repeating it in court,under oath.

     

     

    I would never try to second-guess Ashley,plenty have tried and are potless as a result. I think he went fishing. And since I’m potless anyway,my guess won’t cost me my company.

    I neither read or former opinion from the SMSM, not from Huns, or for the most part polarised Celtic fans or supporters.

     

     

    In fact our supporters are often the most vitriolic, and insome cases assanine critics.

     

    But that amother matter :-)

     

     

    I watch the Celtic as you know. I cannot think of too many positives that Ronny has added. Now I, like you always want Celtic to succeed, that is a constant in our hopes.

     

    But my opinion has been based on what I see at game and Ronnys words and actions. I’m firmly of the opinion he cannot do the job.

    But you end up with the same question about the CL next year

     

    So its about now and I do not have the confidence in Ronny getting Celtic to the CL Group stages

    Our single biggest objective is CL Revenue – without it we are reduced to Cifti

     

    Although I will admit when we have had the CL revenue we have not spent it very well – but thats another debate!!

    One thing’s for sure, as poor as we might be in European terms, there’s no way that Fenerbahce mob would be capable of giving us the ‘good hiding’ one poster was hoping for earlier.

     

     

    Because I’m a Celtic fan, I hope Sevco get a ‘good hiding’ every time they play.
