I have seen Celtic in a European final, as did my father, his father and his father before him. The new generation have yet to experience such drama.

It took 9 or 10 years for the Airdrie FC liquidation process to culminate with the final denouement. The process for the previous Rangers Club has been creeping slowly along for 10 years, as the administrators squeezes the corpse for fees, minimizing the eventual pitiful sum for creditors.
I wonder how long they can drag it out? It’s going to be utterly fascinating to see and hear how the MSM characterize the final act. As I understand it, they are going through the liquidation process, and technically have not been liquidated yet. But when the inevitable happens, what will ensue from their verbal gymnastics and attempts to airbrush it from history? Maybe some press buffoon will announce they have been “Administered”? A more likely scenario is that it will be announced that the Administration process has been terminated without using the dreaded ‘L’ word.

But in the public arena, Rangers v Celtic tickets in 2012 = £49

Hope there are no wild 5 or 6 nil predictions tonight, Any win will do but playing away next week on plastic I imagine we would need a 2 nil or a 4-1 to bring into 2nd leg.
Right now I want Celtic to win this Conference Cup in Albania , however I’m confident the Huns will be beaten over 2 legs by Borussia, if so we would have 6 extra European games to play during the period of the current League in order to make the Final, Seville was magic but the Huns won the Treble that year,
There is no doubt it is a catch 22 situation for us, the further we progress in Conference the harder it will be to win the 2 remaining Domestic Trophies.
It is not impossible to do the Quadruple but it would be extremely difficult.
So whilst Ill be cheering on the Bhoys tonight & every night they play in the Conference, I’ll have no problems consoling myself if we make an early exit ,
