Fabulous day to be a Celt, today.
Hopefully, it has brought some joy, and a distraction to those going through difficult times at the moment, not least of which being the young man in NZ and those close to him, JFH and his family, Tony Donelly and his family and all others suffering for whatever reason.
It’s at times like this we really should be grateful for what we have, and never take anything for granted.
Well done Celtic, and Thank You.

We have a manager and a core of players who are on a different planet to anything else in Scotland. Sevconians everywhere must know they are in the middle of a nightmare while wide awake. A nightmare which will last a long, long time.

Just in.I suppose there is dancing in the streets of Celtic tonight. Two in the bag please God the SFA cup will be added.
Highlight of today for me was watching that wee D1ck McCann squirm in his own sh1te after asking Brendan would Celtic survive in the English Premier League. BR “absolutely there is no doubt, would be a top four side, Celtic Football Club is an institution”, McCann “do you really think so?”, BR “definitely”. EBT McCanns face was priceless, should not have gone there you little rat, BR is far too clever for rats like you.

We were a crap wee team…..probably because i played!
Just a bunch of young guys that wanted a game of fitba but even though we were crap……we were a good bunch and had some great times.

Unless I just got De Ja Vu then I am pretty certain that a certain Mr John James frequents CQN as I am pretty sure that I read the following on here a few days ago:
As for Rangers, or to be precise their holding company RIFC plc, King will soon follow fellow requisitioners King and Murray who have been kicked to the kerb, and take his leave. As he will be toxic for snubbing his nose at The Takeover Appeal Board, he will have no official function at RIFC. The Cold Shoulder has been known to break backs. The slither of yellow that passes for marrow and spine with King will be no match for the might of the City. King has bitten off more than he can chew on this occasion. There will be no ‘favourable result’ for King in the square mile.
hmmm…….

Folks – CRC, Lennybhoy & myself are struggling to get numbers for the WalkWithShay leaflet drop prior to Wednesday night’s Glasgow derby. If you are planning on attending the game and can spare 90 minutes beforehand, then we could really do with the help.
Please e-mail walkwithshay@yahoo.com if you can offer your time for a great cause. Unlike some of the bucket collections, rest assured you won’t miss the start of the game!!
Hail Hail Six in a Row Championees!

Bourne, Henrik stated in an interview a while back, Tynecastle had the most poisonous atmosphere of any ground he has played at.
We beat them there 5 1 in 1984. After the game , a van with Hearts fans in it accelerated into our support on Gorgie Road. They thankfully never hurt any of us but when they could not move any further, let’s say some of fans expressed their anger by pulling the Hearts fans out of the van .

Should add…..when we played Dunure my brother broke his leg.
Wan of those that no x-ray is required if you know what i mean.
Still not sure why i played on but i did and i think it was simply to exact some vengance on the player that had put the challenge in even though it was just 1 of those things that can happen in a game.
Anyway, i prowled around the pitch waiting for my chance to do him but when it came…..i pulled out and sort of ended up taking him waist high in my last second decision to not do it.
Takes a certain kind of person to do another player.
Not proud of much but im glad i didnt have it in me to do that that day.
EBT McCann tried to set a few traps for Brendan today, thankfully Bren was too sharp for him. It’s absolutely disgraceful that Bren gives his time to SKY and they try that nonsense. Incidentally Bren was hugely respectful to John Collins.
As for the Tynecastle hoards, they have assaulted Neil Lennon, attempted to assault Sinclair and threw the ball at Lustig’s gentiles as well as hurling all sorts of abuse. I’m sure there are countless other examples. Pitiful scum.

No disrespect intended.
Ah BRTH, Not every Jambo is a bigot. He is Scottish & I’m sure he was delighted to see a Scottish team win the big Cup.
He always struck me as a decent man & it’s not his fault he was born in Edinburgh.

Glad you had a great day and I hope your grandson emulates Scott Sinclair one day and notches a hattrick for the Hoops on his birthday :-)
By the way I think around 9am this morning I posted “Scott Sinclair scored on his debut there, fill your boots”

DELANEYS 9-11pm
That was funny btw !
What a great day!
Moussa seemed to be missing from the celebrations. Anyone got any info?
Looking forward to Ann Budge’s statement on the behaviour of Hearts support.
Delaney’s , Siobhan Fahey included a Wolfe Tones song in her all time top ten songs .
The best Na na na nana na Celtic was after our third goal in the 4 2 game at Ibrox. In the highlights footage , it comes through loud and clear .
I can’t wait for Wednesday’s game and the Killie game the following Saturday.
The Celtic Foundation and Glasgow North East food bank are doing a colection prior to the Killie game.
couldn’t begin to name the highlights of this season
Bourne, the Budge’s statement will be as damning as the one she made after a Gorgie Gargoyle tried to hit Sinky when we last played there.
Oh that’s right, she never made one just like Hearts never made a public apology to Neil after he was attacked at Tynecastle

CAMBHOY
The McCann fawning was ball scrunching.
He might still have to pay back his dosh.
Ronnie Corbett was maybe not another Martin Luther King but he made me chuckle from time to time.
‘Next door’s neighbour’s a bit posh. He says every night at 7 his wife rings the dinner gong to announce that the meal is ready’.
Ronnie – ‘Not much different here. Round that time, the smoke alarm goes off’.
In his own small way, the world was a bit better for his existence.

He has, 3 times this season and once last.
I do so hope someone will question Mrs Budge about her supporters, as she has had so much to say about ours. Hypocrite doesn’t start to describe her.
