    2 tough games negotiated in quick succession.

     

     

    Worth remembering our previous manager didn’t have a great record in Edinburgh.

    great performance given the injury situ – brown was immense and my MOTM . My only gripe is the right back position – Lustig legs have gone and I’d rather have the pace of Toljan . I’m worried Lennon sees Lustig as first choice. secondly, would have liked more subs to rotate the team

    I can’t believe how well NB has slotted back in. A huge week for lennie and the team- I like d his handling of toljan – he’s had a difficult couple of games recently and was risking over exposing himself.

    Fitting that James Forrest scores the winner on Lenny’s return tae Easter Road since it was he who gave him his opportunity after working with him in the youths.

     

     

    A wee bit of deja vu there with “We Love You Celtic”, first aired in 1964 as a result of an American song called “We Love You Beatles” which in itself was a take off of “We Love You Conrad” from the 1960 Broadway stage musical “Bye Bye Birdie”. The good ones never go away.

    But we can only influence our own side.

     

     

    The SNP are smarting from the defeat of OBaF- our supporter behaviour in Scotland is pretty good when compared to other countries. Let’s keep it that way and give those seeking revenge on us, any easy excuses.

     

     

    It’s no use me calling on Hibs to improve their lot. We can only concentrate on our own

    Great victory. Fabulous finishes by Forrest and Broonie. And some lovely football played despite the weather and the pitch.

     

     

    The balance between playing from the back and being safe was maybe on the safe side but no harm in that.

     

     

    Referee. Shocking. Even before the trip on Burke there were many incidents of questionable decisions all going against us. And once we were 2-0 up he allowed thuggery to be committed without producing the appropriate cards.
