things are very good for celtic right now. we have got ourselves a;
good management team
a good scouting team
a team full of international players
a lot of very good young player
an academy producing good young players
a successful/ winning team on the pitch
regular involvement in European football
a debt free club
improvement to physical environment/ structure of stadium/ club etc… (smallish scale at present)
celtic need to address/ improve;
supporters relations
promotion of academy bhoys
increased use of loan system for most promising players in early development
timescales for contract negotiation with players i.e. no player should be entering final year of contract with us. 18 months should be cut of point of sign up or sign off.
accelerate improvement to physical environment/ structure of stadium/ club etc… to generate better match and non match day experience
far more positives that negative, but definite room for improvement
