Not easily shocked but this is dreadful news. BMCUWP’s and I recently had an online blether about my old supporter’s bus and all looked well in the world. You just never know what lies ahead. I am not religious so can’t light a candle or pray so will just send my best wishes that our NHS professionals and BMCUWP’s spirit will see him return to rude health and this blog asap. H.H.

As many of you will be aware our friend Lionroars67 has had a pretty tough time of it recently. During a spell in hospital last month he had his gall bladder removed which alleviated much of the pain he was in.
During the investigation into what was wrong the doctor also discovered a shadow on one of Bill’s kidneys. On Friday he found out that the shadow is in fact cancerous and the whole kidney will need to be removed. The good news is that there are no signs that the cancer is anywhere else and the consultant is hopeful that removing the kidney will get rid of the cancer.
Billy is one of the good guys and I know he’d really appreciate everyone’s thoughts and prayers at this very difficult time.

My sincere thoughts and prayers are with BMCUW and family… I’m sure he’ll bounce back and make a full recovery. Mind you, could take a wee while, might have to take it easy for a bit… don’t know Mick but that might take some doing!!! Stay strong pal…
Thought Sevco Rangers may be conflicted about winning today.
The only way Celtic can win the League before they play us on Sunday is, if, Hearts win today and Friday; vs Aberdeen.
Now the down side to losing…
Less chance of runners up spot, in the SPL
If Hearts did beat Aberdeen, we would be Chapions, they would have to give us a guard of honour at Celtic Park.
But as the teams are now announced I can see that Mr Murty has taken a leaf out of Brendan’s book and left his multi-multi-million pound Striker out of the starting eleven.
Our thoughts and prayers with Lionsroar 67 for a return to full health..

My thoughts and prayers with Lionsroar67, it sounds like due to the gall bladder removal it’s been caught early… may be a blessing in disguise. Thank God.
I’d also like to thank CRC for dragging me down from Forres yesterday. I had a great day out, despite the result, in the company of CRC, Thunder Road and Lionsroar.
It was great to see Billy as the last time I was in his fine company was in Lisbon.
