Voguepunter/ Bada Bing sorry bhoys never got his surname. Said his name was Austin but was called Mick ( IRA Mick). His wife was Ann. Think at one point lived in Ardoyne. He is a taxi driver and I know through here and at a hoot one of you bhoys drives a taxi. Also knows Gordon.

VP/Bada Bing never got surname of Mick but said you would know him sometime ago known as IRA Mick. Wife Ann he is a wee guy with glasses about 67 years old was/is a taxi driver.

VP he is up in Oban until tomorrow then straight to hospital for 10am then hospital again on Tuesday or Wednesday . I will keep him in my prayers along with Mick and Billy.

Gamboa could easily be playing at RB is Lustig is unavailable.
Easily good enough for domestic games without having to change the formation to 3 at the back cos we do not have a RB.

I don’t know if Gamboa is injured but here’s where he was last week.
The right-back has made one solitary appearance for the Hoops, since he endured an uncomfortable evening in Germany when Celtic were beaten 3-0 by Bayern Munich in the Champions League in October.
He’s so far out of the picture that he was even pictured on holiday in Marbella last week during the build-up to the Scottish Cup semi-final.
As for Compper.
One of our most esteemed CQNers posted a while back that questions were being asked how he passed a medical.

I had no intention of watching the deid team’s game earlier. A friend asked me to watch it with him. I only saw the 2nd half (I was only half watching, truth be told). I actually burst out laughing a couple of times. It really was THAT bad. Even at our poorest we should be able to beat both of them comfortably.

I think we have to do a bit of clever recruitment this summer.
Yesterday highlighted what, I think, we have known for a long time.
Scott Brown is our only on field leader, Kieren is a work in progress in that department.
When Brown is missing, or,like yesterday, out of sorts, we struggle.
Compare with the O’Neill era, whare we had “captains” all over the park.
Players who could take the strain if someone else was off the pace.
Looking around our squad, we don’t have anyone.
He doesn’t have to be the best player in the team, but he must have an attitude that gets his team mates up for the fight.
Maybe Scott is too dominant a personality and completely overshadows his colleagues.
For this reason, I think that Mc.Ginn has those qualities and it is because of this that Mc.Geogh and Allan shine in the Hibs’ midfield.
Just a thought.
I heard rumours that something happened in Dubai re Compper, not a clue if it’s true or not, but you don’t get a German cap and play for a top league team there if you don’t have something about you, I did read something about his fitness, but I would have thought our medicals would have been tightened up after the Derk carry on, the medical team was good enough to pick up a problem with the boy from Sth Africa, so I tend to lean towards the Dubai issue, but who knows the real reasons.
