Don’t want to be too critical of KT but he really shouldn’t have given away such a cheap free kick out on the touchline which was a precursor to the goal.

Exactly, guy facing the touchline,KT breenges in and fouls him.The boy had a great game but these are things he has to learn. Some on here though wont hear a word against him.

  2. DDV…..

Surprised at criticism about the punch….I thought it was good and cleared a good distance.

  3. Disappointed we didn’t win, thought their goalie had a great game unlike ours.

I voted for CG to be back between the sticks, Dorus just compounded that today.

Don’t think our defence helped matters though.

Anyways, we will win the league at a canter…especially when LG is back.HH

  4. I too was disappointed with Mcgregor, he had good chances, but so did others. DDV looks slow in his reactions, not convinced. CG deserves another chance Brendan.

  5. PhilBhoy, 7 against Barca!

4 goals against in 3 domestic games, 2 wins and 1 draw, aye thats unacceptable right enough.

  6. Thought we played well today. Our defence is not inspiring confidence with Guardiola’s boys coming soon.

DDV may have good feet but seems lacking in his primary responsibility – making saves !

  7. Played 4, Won 2, Drawn 1, Lost 1.

You know the goals for and against for this “goalkeeper”, Brendans pick.

  8. Scunner!

I have to say that I felt an equaliser was coming. We didn’t really push on as much as we could have.

However we should have had it finished by the hour mark given some of the chances we created.

  9. Celtic were punished for failing to put ICT to bed, when sitting at 2-1 we missed too many chances and if you didn’t feel the ICT equalizer coming you weren’t watching the same ‘sieve’ .

BR has boobed big time with his goalkeeping decison and without Kolo Toure Celtic looked vulnerable throughout, but the game should have been over with a gulf in class evident for the entire second half until the injury time equalizer with Celtic’s central defence posted missing, for the sickening jinx team blow.

Patrick Roberts wasn’t suited to the highlands and should have been hooked earlier, and Cristian Gamboa looks as if he’s wandered in from West Brom reserves and added nothing to the trembling mince.

Bigger losses at Waterloo even though it was a draw if feels like a Celtic defeat.

SMSM will return with their weekend ‘old firm draw blank headlines’

Don’t rest your best central defender at Inverness.

Start strong and take players off when we are out of sight.

I did reply to your earlier post but it has gone missing, however your post at 4.54 tells me all I need to know.

Away and grow up, I take no pleasure,in us dropping points. There are better things in life than trying to score cheap points anonymously on a blog.

  12. Turkeybhoy

    Agree entirely re KT

He is a young guy who is home grown, local and had a decent season last year. We need a local hero.

He needs to improve beyond what his fantastic positive attitude and attacking flair offers if he is to fulfill his potential.

Hopefully he will learn from Tuesday night and today’s mistake. I think it is important our manager learns also.

  13. Why the fekin panic.Players getting slaughtered. We ,on another day could have won 5-6.Somedays it happens.

I will say again,I dont know what it is about up there but we tend to play a game that is alien to us,but suits them.We changed it 2nd half and were sooooo unfortunate not too win.

Anyone tell me a real chance we missed.Their keeper was fantastic. It happens.

    Get over it.

  14. Tell me why there is not another striker on the bench, its fine all this good passing, but its putting the ball in the ,net, and this goalkeeper I have no confidence,in him,and Paddy Roberts ,been dissapointed with him ,

  15. BT will lobby parliament for Celtic to be ejected from the League and banned sine die from further competition………..

  16. the pressure we put on ourselves is due to our lack of defensive capabilities, our new right back looks like a player who has not played a lot for his previous club due to his small frame and poor defending, DDV not a No.1 by a long way.

  17. What is particularly disappointing is that we could have won this game comfortably had we not been so profligate in front of goal. Now we’ll have to listen to the meeja, retired players, ex-managers and anyone who passes by on the pavement telling us that ra Rainjurs have still got a chance of winning the league because Celtic always drop point after a game in Europe.

    I’m bloody raging.

  18. We were hardly going to go the whole season and win every game sooo in a way good to get that out of the way…

On another day Tierney scores, McGregor scores, Sviachenko scores

    Onwards and upwards

    B-)

What does my post tell you ?

That there are few things worse than watching Celtic surrounded by folk telling you we are doomed and they have seen it all before.

Many around my seat at Celtic spend most of their time waiting for us to do something wrong in order to show how clever they are.

Sorry if you are not in that camp. I did not mean to offend you. Just frustrated you were correct.

  20. A draw! Intriguing final. Mayo disrupted Dublin’s game plan and flow but hadn’t enough to kill the game off. Fair play to them though, gave Dublin their best game this year.

Replay in two weeks, Dublin ladies take on the Cork Rhebels next weekend.

    Up the Dubs.
