Sorry but the vote was , do we leave the EU or do we not. Majority voted to leave, end of in my book.
However, I will concede the electorate were very ill informed prior to the vote , and that was a massive balls up, but , the way the vote was set up, maybe even wrongly, but nonetheless, it was leave or not.
