Worst Rangers [sic]fans in history?
Oh, please. They have played their part to perfection.
Worst Rangers [sic]manager in history?
Who, Ally the Great Enabler? No way.
Charles Green would not have any authority at Ibrox if Ally McCoist didn’t act as his enabler last year. While every Celtic fan with a keyboard was typing “Can they really be so stupid again?” Ally was cutting a deal for almost 5% of the share capital of the company [sic]. None of this would be possible without Ally. If you see him, buy him a pie.
The juxtaposition was pointed out to me:
19 years after John Keane stepped forward with an amount of money very precious to him..
With no guarantee it would solve our problems…
Or that he would see a penny of it again (for the record, he hasn’t, and he is unlikely to)…
A very different history played out across the city.
Today’s Herald told us the group trying to overthrow the Sevco board contains Jim McColl and that, “McColl is one of Scotland’s richest people, but he won’t spend his own money”.
The world is full of rich men who will not spend their own money. Long may they squabble over the Ibrox debris.
Our honorary chairman, John Keane, waved to the Celtic Park crowd before letting the league flag fly high, a direct consequence of putting his money where his mouth was.

Traynor and Smith being onto Jackson???
I mean FFS, leave with his integrity in place ???
As Craig Whyte said himself he contributed to this mess they are in and took and spent as much as anyone at the club. Not forgetting being part of the shannigans with the media and SFA.
Looks like at least one of the dumbonic duo are looking at walking away from second rangers. The other one will waddle after he can’t eat any more humble pie. Second administration is just as fun as the first, can we really expect Zombie two and three. Lovin it .
Celtic will beat Elfs. 1-0 will do fine.

There were minor skirmishes the last two times we played there.
They have a hunnish element in their support.
A couple of no mark clubs, each with an inexplicable sense of superiority, and both owned and controlled by undesirables, they are well matched.
“We are as stable as Heather Mills after a night on the piss. It’s embarrassing.”
Just had a peep at the dark side to see what they were spluttering about, the above post caught my attention so I thought I’d share it with ye.
“The sale of Rangers was conducted in a closed shop and maybe if Mather knew anything about the depths that were stooped he wouldn’t chose to come across all high and mighty now. ”
What about nine row and preceding tiles ??? Was that a fair and open shop ?
Guy is a muppett sorry puppett !!

I don’t have any axe to grind with Newcastle – I couldn’t care less about them or any other English club to be honest.
But Newcastle fans do come across as particularly deluded – maybe they have much in common with their Sevco counterparts in that respect.
A recent example of how these ‘passionate fans’ really are can be gauged by their reaction to Newcastle shirt sponsorship deal.
Bolton fans protested when their club stuck a shirt sponsorship deal with a payday loan company because they correctly felt the decision was demeaning to their club and its history. The club had to cancel the deal.
Newcastle struck a sponsorship deal with a payday loan company and … no one said anything.
Mornin Bhoys, Strange article indeed.

A wee snippet from Jangles editorial piece this morning on The Myth;
‘Both are wealthy men. McColl topped Scotlands rich list a couple of years ago and although there is something jarring about using this word to describe anyone around the post-Whye Rangers, is a confirmed ‘billionaire….’
Ye couldnae mark his neck wi’ a blowtorch…..

I remember watching the huns warming up fae the Jungle afore the gemme where we cuffed them 3-0 the week after the St Patricks day massacre.
Myself, my bro n cousin were watching sneaky Sally goin roon awe the hun players, whispering in their ears and – as it turned oot – awe the players had tae do 5 press ups then run oer tae the Jungle – as they were stonin in front of the Main Stand at the time.
So – they did their 5 press ups and ran tae the Jungle and were booed mercilessly as they approached the Celtic fans – they then ran / jogging backward tae the MS again.
After another 5 mins or so – sneaky Sally was roon whisperin in awe their ears again and
they awe did their 5 press ups and – only Davie Dodds ran tae the Jungle this time as – sneaky Sally and awe his pals made oot that they wid awe run over as well but they awe stopped after 2 steps and rolled aboot the pitch laffin at the Jungle daein the ‘elephant-man’ thingy tae Davie Dodds :)

Evening Times today— purely for wrapping fish suppers!!!
Sorry to hear that Colin McAdam had passed away right enough.
BFDJ column is a very interesting piece — is he not still on the Ibrox payroll?
Maybe not for long though…….

would that not just us working on how we would work the game and the skills of the players we had.
Chance of a shot from outside the box – take it
We might catch them on the break with a long ball
we would be chasing round trying to get the ball off them.
I watched Real Madrid warm up –
Carlos stood at the 18 yard line and Zidane stood on the half way line, all they did was volley the ball to each other, while the rest of the team warmed up.

I was at the Shearer Testimonial not so long ago…very cordial
However , I think there is an element of NUFC who align themselves to the Hun
After Pardew’s utterings a season or so back and Ashley’s connection with Sevco ….I’ve developed an antipathy towards them ….they can GTF as far as I’m concerned
These men are not Rangers men. It has been suggested that they are in fact Celtic fans. Something the SFA should investigate immediately
What a load of nonsense and what does it matter? He has to throw a line to the Uber Hun.
Yeah 2 points, Newcastle have a massive support in Scotland and they never have bother with Sevco fans. Yeah Totally Deluded.

When ‘Billionaire’ Jackson picked up his Sports Churnalist of the Year Award he started his speech with – “I’d like to thank Jack Irvine and the guys at Media House for writing my best articles.”
So Kevin Doyle only thing of note concerning us and Kelvin been fit the rest made up nonsense. Plenty of Sevco though. Civil war yadda yadda yadda.
Bring on The sweeds, (they’re Norwegian Mac ;)

I get the impression that this guy McColl is being forced into the frame tho MSM pressure
It’s almost as if they realise he’s the only guy with sufficient cash to save them ….

I think McColl is far too smart to get involved with the shysters at Sevco. He is weathy for a good reason. And unlikely he will be forced into anything.
Wishful thinking from Jackson – with the help of Media House.

Pfyar,
What has Suraez done now ?
Celtic midfielder Joe Ledley wants to resolve his future by signing a new deal as soon as possible.
Ledley is into the final year of his current contract at Celtic and there has been no movement on a new deal as yet.
The Wales international is happy to stay at Celtic and says his full focus is on this week’s UEFA Champions League qualifier with Elfsborg rather than his own future.
“Everything is still on hold at the moment. As I said to the gaffer, I’d like to concentrate on the pitch more than off the pitch,” Ledley told the Daily Record.
“Hopefully, my agent can come up soon to sort everything out and the club offer me a new deal. It’s a very important couple of weeks.
“It’s a fantastic situation we’re in. Hopefully, I can just concentrate on my football first, qualify for the Champions League then go from there.
“I was exactly the same at Cardiff and I dealt with it well. Hopefully, we can sort something out in the next couple of weeks. I’ve not properly had a chat with the manager about it but he knows.
“He doesn’t want to say too much with one of the most important games coming up in our careers. We’re professionals and know how to handle it.
“I’m getting older. I’m going to be 27 this season. I’m very happy here and it’s a fantastic club. This contract is important to me and hopefully it’s sorted sooner rather than later.”

Who briefed him to say something ?

Absolutely will be the manager of Sevco until the bitter end.

It wasn’t just the Barcelona game the players warmed up this way, it’s just that’s the first time I noticed (ok first time in for kick off).
There was a game where the subs spent half time trying to hit the crossbar. It seemed so amatuer even compared to other SPL teams.
Ernie/PFayr,
A Geordie friend of mine, whose se ond team is Celtic was there in the Irish Centre.
He reckoned the local members(Nufc) did not appreciate the song repptiore from their guests (CFC).
Hail Hail

I was responding to Tom who was speaking about future employment opportunities,or lack of same ,in Oz.and how Oz stacked up in comparative terms.
That`s why we were discussing unemployment, not as an indicator of the economic health of the nation.
Bottom line imho.
