Rogic wonder strike in the 90th minute gets a poor, sluggish and listless Celtic team (and manager) out of jail.
We need to up the pace and a good start is using our pacy (i.e. younger) players. Too many players pushing 30+ are slow to think and react against younger, sharper if less talented opponents.
Alongside Tierney and Griff, Roberts, Allan, Christie, Rogic, McGregor, GMS, Forrest, Armstrong should be considered ahead of Commons, CKR, Cole, Mulgrew and yes, even Lustig and Broony ,who is no Pirlo, and needs to up a gear or three.
Terrible plastic game in Kilmarnock with a fantastic result for Celtic.
Ronny continued the siege of Celtic by using all three subs, one of whom picked a winner.
The old sluggish Neil Lennon vanguard creaks again, but with the players he has too choose from, including the ‘plain bad buys’ Celtic prevail, in the league that’s pub, when you win, and the sack if you don’t.
Hastily changed plans for the haters, and the Celtic fans walk on.

Fantastic goal from Rogic. One of the goals of the season.
But up till then that was one of the absolutely worst Celtic performances I’ve seen (and I include some shockers from the early 1990s).
I really want us to win the league and say thanks and bye bye to Ronny. He’s tried his best, but we are a truly dreadful team, with a collection of very poor players who look directionless and un-motivated.
Well done today, but please – new manager in the summer.

oofft as Archie would have said. Now away to scrape off the ceiling my once happily sleeping wee dog…
Ronny is not the greatest manager, nor is the players that you expect to at least motivate other players ie Commons Bitton, Brown, Boyata, and possibly Lustig, need to be on the Subs bench , they all are liable to make to many mistakes, and there is no conspiracy theories regarding the Ref, or the pitch,we were terrible this afternoon, in my opinion Ronny and his coaches picked the wrong team I have backed Ronny from day one and I’m sure now that he and his coaches are not up to the job as for young Roberts I don’t know, but anyway 3 points and that’s what it’s about

if ronny takes the double this year there is NOOO way we should fire him! the intensity of the play will increase with sevco in the league and hopefully lawell gives him money to get in a few quality players.

Well done Celtic, fantastic goal Tom Rogic, please one of the defensive mids needs to sit out, Lustig just defend your crossing isnt good enough. We need to play faster far too much sideways and backwards passing, make it happen ,it wont just happen because you keep the ball.

The reality is that we were truly awful on an awful surface that contributed to the pure shite we watched for 90 minutes.
Having said that I’d gladly sit through the whole lot again, just for the feeling when that goal went in. I bet every fan in Kilmarnock feel exactly the same.

Great, great win and loved Ronny’s ‘feckin yes’ at the Roar.
Totally frustrated with CQN. Kept censoring every post with “your posting too quickly” messages even though there were 10 minute + periods between my posts. I gave up in the end.
How sick is David Tanner? :-))

AULDHEID@2:36 – Yes indeed excruciating – no assuredness anywhere in the team – no leader – no inspiration – no cohesion – no teamwork – no wonder we heave a sigh of relief.
A pattern of ineptness seems to have been set – against better teams we will be defeated if we persist – the title is in the balance unless we find form, or, Aberdeen lose theirs – a very nervy end to the season….and what will happen against Sevco – it’s anyone’s guess.

HH to all and especially to those who made the effort today. Well done the fans.
I will always take the result over the performance.
A late winner, a wonder strike, and the bhoys who traveled get to celebrate wildly and party.
It was a poor performance with only Griff, McGregor and Roberts showing the required bravery. I would give Charlie (not one of my favourites) a pass too because he supplied the drive that Broony could not today.
The pitch is poor though not as bad as Hamilton’s but it does not excuse the lethargy- that looked like a tail-end of season performance.
Despite that, we have played much better and dropped points. I will celebrate tonight and hope the 2 week break to the Hearts game allows us to recover some of our mojo (no!- not him!)
Our main problems stemmed from Brown & Bitton. The tippy tappy malaise spread throughout the team & Boyata gave a cameo performance for a few minutes in how to tippy tappy your way into trouble
It was really hard to pick out anyone and say they had a decent game.
Gordon, Charlie & Griff were OK & Roberts did well enough & should start next day. Rogic was without doubt our MOM & that’s not meant as a joke.

Big Tom scores goal of the season as far as I am concerned.
Why havent we figured out we have nobody who can get in behind.
We are square passing ourselves to death with no penetration
Opponents know to mark Griff out the game and we have nothing
Very frustrating to watch against a team 11th in the league, we know the tactics are to sit in and frustrate but we dont have an answer
WHY?
That’s why we’re champions…

Ronny can’t change things.
Ronny can’t make substitutions.
We never get late winners.
Yawn…..
Rogic booked for the goal. Did he take his top of or go into the crowd? Was busy dancing around my living room to notice.
The players and management all knew how important that goal was.
Stay united to win the league.
