Moisey- maybe he deemed the Livi defender as making a genuine attempt for the ball and he did not feel Joe was careful enough in that regard. Ref has a lot of discretion

Beaton is an arrogant hun. Revelling in his power. Neither was a yellow.
Red ? Could have gone either way.
We will need a second goal, but Beaton isn’t finished yet I fear.
Our lack of physicality is quiet obvious, but if we can improve our passing we whould be ok.

Daizen running central patterns behind Kyogo for the longer ‘out ball’ for me. Goal opportunity or red card.
Good first half from the Bhoys. We were totally in control up to the sending off but then it got a bit scrappy. Some bizarre refereeing to say the least. Cards for Scales and Johnston were for non-fouls. No idea why Hart was red carded – a booking maybe, but no more than that. Scales and Lagerbielke are going to have to earn their corn second half. It’s going to be an all out assault through the middle. Taylor playing well.
We’re going to have to get our composure back in the second half. Livi as a club are a perfect example of why Scottish football is underrated. No skillful players, just a bunch of over sized cluggers playing on a dreadful pitch.

Started very well I thought bar the one scales mistake which brought a good save from Hart.
Clear pen of course and a deserved lead.
The red card was the result of characteristic uncertainty at the back. Hurry back CCV.
Since then we have still had most of the ball but clearly finding it more difficult to get space in the final third and thus loads of misplaced attempted passes looking for Kyogo.

Hart- 4. 1 good save. 1 rush of blood.
AJ- 5. harsh yellow early on. Been physically bossed
GL- 6. Doing ok.
LS- Poor. Gave away their first chance and failed in trying to play offside leading to red card
GT- 7. Looking bit more like himself of last year
Calmac- 7. Playing ok and screening Defence whilst Reo wanders.
MOR- 5. As quiet as has been
Reo- 5. Won pen well. Wasteful in possession
Daizen- 5. Frustrating. Loads of ball but no end product.
Kyogo- 5- Hardly in game.

Ref- Beaton giving them everything leaving aside the red card. 2 yellows for us- both arguable. Doesn’t know where cards are when Livi foul
We are still getting physically bossed. This Celtic team is small.
Frustratingly, yet again and as with EVERY game this season, not a single Celtic player is playing to their full potential.
No s doubt about tie red card.Hart was atrocious, deserved to go.
However dont understand how the Livy CH stayed on the pitch at the penalty
We will need the second. Kyogo and Maeda should find themselves with some more space this second half. Maeda needs to improve the final ball.
