I cancelled my ESPN a couple of weeks ago when I saw no Celtic games scheduled and 4 or 5 zombie games being shown. Gets disconnected next weekend. Asked reason why I was cancelling I told them I wasn’t paying to watch 4th tier Scottish football every week.

Well it’s some sort of progress that nats might be prepared to at least consider the possibility that their party was formed on a wave of some rather dodgy ethnic nationalism, specifically anti Irish Catholic ethnic nationalism.
The Kirk have owned up to their past and apologised for it, so to some extent have the huns (albeit under duress). The SNP would rather people didn’t mention it.
The point is though that it’s the SNP’s heritage that explains their enthusiasm to introduce legislation to ‘even up the score’.
It wasn’t an aberration on their part, it’s exactly in line with the way their founders thought.
