Just to set the record straight, it’s Cheese ‘n’ Toast. None of this toasted or roasted cheese nonsense. There should be no other additions other than pepper, tomato or bacon.
Cheese ‘n’ Toast should be made with Pan bread. Buttered toast should be made with Plain bread.
Oh and while I’m at it, stop calling it an outsider, it’s a heel and always has been.
