News this week that after liquidation a newco Parma would kick off at the bottom tier of the professional game in Italy is a morality tale. Just as my pal, the divorcee, was compelled to plunge into a ‘lasting and successful’ relationship at the first opportunity, few people who pick up the pieces of insolvent football clubs seem to be blessed with pragmatic expectations. A second, even more damaging liquidation, haunts in the shadows.

“Super Sutton” I loved big Chris Sutton but I thought he took Ronny as an easy target but I read his column today and hopefully his “attacks” last year were through a fans eye and not cheap dings, anyway apologies super Sutton not anything to do with your post, but Ii loved big Chris and for a couple of months I thought he was more interested in the Daily Records pennies

The clock is ticking and with 6 first team pool players out the door I would like to think that we are actively trying to get at least a keeper, left back and one or two strikers in.
It is imperative we reach the group stages this season.
I am not convinced the players we have are good enough to get there.

I changed my CQN name after his earlier rants, but changed it back after he redeemed himself by actually talking to Ronny and altering the tone of his articles since.
That Henke team had half the players from Celtic.We were only Puyol, Xavi, Ibrahimovic and Ronaldinio short of the champions league title as far as M7 was concerned. I blame PL for lack of ambition!!
