First half was full of great play from the wrong players.
LS had his challenges defensively but he was our most productive player going forward.
JJ put in a shift defensively but speared in every cross that PC @ 6’7″ would have struggled to reach.
Very wasteful at times
Thank heavens the RC player blocked JJ’s shot at the death.
It was heading over the stand roof.
TR’s cross — after a wasteful cameo — was perfect and AR did the rest.
Looking back it was gravitational attraction that put the ball in the net — desire more than skill.
It will be interesting to hear the media comments after the game.

No offence intended but anyone saying Starfelt deserved that or was having a bad game may not have been concentrating. The goal aside the defence was solid. Scales lost his man and looked tired as the game wore on – and little wonder with the limited game time he’s had.
Nights like tonight do not warrant individual criticism. The team won. The team fought. The team battled. It was a big team effort in the face of various obstacles.

Starfelt needs to be shown videos of past Celtic galactico defenders who didn’t show pain but simply evened things up in their own way and time. Apart from that he’s been playing very well. Thing is, every defender gets judged more often if there’s no protection in front of them. No midfield bus, just acres of space were defenders can be got at. Greg Taylor looked good at Killie under Steve Clarke, but Celtic don’t play the Steve Clarke way, so Taylor would / will be judged in the raw at Celtic, with all of the wide open space in front of him.
Celtic players shouldn’t plead for mercy from a Scottish MiB, what a pathetic sight that is, giving off naive optics. That comes from lackadaisical management. Your in the west of Scotland Jungle now Ange, wisen up.

Arsenal up to 4th, although I suspect Man U may overtake them by season’s end. It will be a fascinating struggle for 4th place. West Ham seem to be fading, and Tottenham will think they have a shot. It is anybody’s guess whether or not Villa’s upward momentum will slow down.
Whatever Starfelt said to that hun Muir wasn’t half enough. And I’d like that poster who said that Starfelt deserved it, to say that to his face. You would be the one getting what you deserved!
Not much comment yet on this being another game in which an opponent should have seen red for endangering an opponent, were allowed to play the game out with 11 men and will likely be punished retrospectively.
I think that’s half a dozen times this season.

1/ Craigan is a total joke , he so wanted Celtic to drop points. An absolute prick.
2/ When we sign players in the Jan window we must surely buy someone who is good with free kicks.
You just know when DT is standing over the ball 20 yards out that’s it’s just simply not going in.
The CF was sent on to batter into Starfelt.They were making no impression at all.The elbow was a straight red.
When do you ever see a guy with a bust face after a deliberate elbow get booked for complaining.

RC goal — LS has to take some of the blame for not stopping his man.
But the lack of desire / hunger by others not to get on the end of dipping cross was shocking.
At least 3 players watched it fall — they did not go to it with any conviction and left LS to lose a footrace.

I am asking you for a full and frank conversation about the state of the club and what can be done to improve things and what can be done to make the away support more supportive.
Whenever the next meet up is I will try and make the effort — and it will cost you £30 to a good cause.
