DAVID, agree 100% The Hun would NEVER accept Robertson as a ref after a display like that against them, but we seem to just suck it up. I’ve tried every ‘reasonable’ scenario for Robertson being appointed to our game this weekend, but can’t come up with any conclusion other than they (SFA, Crawstuck Allan) were trolling us. He was appointed to the game BEFORE Brendan faced this charges so, in theory, something could have come out of the so-called discussions that meant his position was in question. But, the Sectarian FA didn’t give a feck about that and rubbed our faces in it.
Crawstuck Allan has a a couple of months before he packs away his brogues and wee briefcase and we can expect a few more googlies (as I mix up my metaphors) before he rides of into the sunset on his white horse.
