It’s only in the last few years here I get question, since the war on terror spread to Basel:(( Generally they are very polite and on the advice of my boss I politely stand my ground.

Yes I agree but effectively the same rules should apply. The fact that the police think football fans are criminals should not give them the right to break the law and lift fans for filming them… They can’t force you to delete images or take your camera/phone off you (assuming the law is the same as in England.

On the subject of GMS. I thought he had gained an extra yard of pace. And it contributed to his second miss along with the pitch. He was going too fast and unable to dink the ball over the keeper.
Just like the Saints player when Gordon saved.
Then I saw the replay and it looked like he tried to pass it between the keepers legs. A tactic that often works, but not this time.
Happy to cut him some slack on his comeback trail.
Though it does beg the question. What’s happened to Jamesie. I know his form dipped. But it was a high starting point. Maybe Brendan being careful with James’ past history of injuries.
Celtic can count themselves lucky today.If St Johnstone had not conceded that ” spot kick” and had not Dembele,Sinclair,Roberts and Henderson turned out for the Glasgow team things could have been very different indeed.

HT @ 10.02…agree there is a big difference between York and CP…however, one’s rights are the same in both places…you must be brave and stand your ground with Glesga’s finest. Generally speaking, no one can stop you photographing or filming in a public place

We had Geo at the game today behind the St JOHNSTONE goal so was up your end in second half.
I was at the other end of the ground – don’t think even noticed a cop up there. There weee two as we walked to bus park.
If you recall the Polis did something similar there when we lost up there in May and there was – as today – no animosity between the two sets of fans.
I’ll check Geo’s images and can give you what we have.
On another subject, last night, while working on his student job as a waiter, Winning Captains Jnr walked into the private suite at the hotel with just about the biggest birthday cake you could ever see.
The captain said, ” fecking he’ll” that’s huge.
The manager said, “That’s much bigger than the cake I got.”
Wee Paddy seemed chuffed right enough as ny Boy started the Celtic party in singing Happy Birthday to You.
He bought a new strip and just about all the players signed it this morning – after the Celtic Minded head chef organised that.
He was saying on the bus this morning that Ciftci would feature – no-one believed him about that.
