Summer business underway as Fojut signed

559

Celtic tied-up their first piece of business for the summer 2012 transfer window this afternoon by securing Polish central defender, Jaroslaw Fojut, 24, on a pre-contract.  Jaroslaw moved to England straight from school to join Bolton Wanderers, who he made two appearances for, before spending short loan periods at Luton and Stockport.

He moved back to Poland as a 21-year-old and has become a popular player at Polish league leaders, Slask Wroclaw, who knocked Dundee United out of the Europa League qualifying rounds this season in their first European football adventure in 40 years.

I hear he is a solid defender who commands the air well and who is likely to have his best years ahead of him.

Hopefully it gets fully sorted soon, I’ve added in static DNS ips but doubt they have done much, it seems to be quite a major problem.

  4. Hypothetical situation.

If you bought a company that you, allegedly, knew was going into liquidation and you had ample experience of such and you were aware that this company because of it’s standing would be given leeway by media etc therefore buy you time at the helm.

Everyone knows that a disputed amount with a creditor that arose before you took over would cause the liquidation.

You knew the company had relatively strong cash in flows and 30% of outflows were tax authorities who would not chase on standard terms allowing deferrment of expenditure and not pay any other suppliers until they squealed. This would allow you take substantial sums out in fees for you and your advisers and no one would know about it.

They would only get to know when the accounts were due and the AGM took place. But these are delayed for a small penalty (£300 initially) which of course would not be paid immediately in any case.

Creditor wins case and company goes into liquidatiosn. You get your money out as a preferred creditor but as now in liquidation accounts are not not needed to be lodged on public record and will only come to the fore if the liquidator thinks there is a need to get the OFT involved. But everyone knows the large creditor was to blame so no need. Case closed.

  5. petec,i know hee haw about computers will just put up with it being slow til the problem

anyone recommend a hotel at Eurodisney? good offers on now might be worth a visit.Any feedback welcome ta.

If you have more than 4 in the group and want to stay in EuroDisney, Davy Crockett Ranch is a good option, less expensive as well. You’ll need a car tho’ it’s a wee bit too far to walk. I got the ferry from Rosyth to Zeebrugge, easy drive down to Paris.

The Ranch is more holiday camp then hotel, big caravans, but lots going on at night, character visits etc, swimming pool too.

I also stayed in Bussy St George, hotels were okay, but you missed out on some of the atmosphere you get at the park hotels/camps.

Theres no real discernible difference anyway and I’ve tried a few different DNS IPs. Just need to wait until they fix the fault/s.

  10. Why would you support Queens Park Rangers?

    …………….

Because there’s not a Queens Park Celtic!!!

  11. tooheys new,

that is such a simple straightforward hypothesis that it has a ring about it. Remember reading on RTC in the earlier days of that blog that one of the main actors had previous for large consultancy and management fees, part of an established modus operandi.

Bada – was there a couple of years ago and stayed in the Hotel New York and it was great for the kids with Character(and I dont mean Glesgae Character) Breakfasts etc. You could also upgrade to a room/package that you received fastpasses for most of the rides and also could relax in a lounge with free beer/wine which was right up ma street after all day in the park. We booked direct with the Hotel and flew Cityjet(Air France) from Edinburgh to CDG and got the Train to Disneyland Resort which is called Marne La Vallee.

Would like to have seen the state of Voguepunter and the family after an 8 hour drive!!!

    Hope you get something sorted.
