   ClareIsland67 – V, I had to miss the game today! Been off work all week with man-flu and it’s not shifting. Stuck on the couch watching the Champions.

    

   I was at Rugby Park when we won it and had a brilliant day, so it’s not so bad.

    

   Lots of young Hoops seeing their team lift the trophy today….great stuff.

   Did anyone see the wee incident in the second half at the bottom of 111?

    

   5 stewards and 3 police attempted to throw out a wee teenager, he shrugged them off and disapeared into the crowd.

    After looking through these pages I’m STILL worried about the REFEREES for next season – now the LINESMEN. This really has to be sorted out soon as I FIRMLY EXPECT an SFA backlash if RFC liquidate. Celtic can’t just leave it to NL alone to blast the refs – PL needs to comment SOON as well as stating Celtic’s position on a Rangers Newco or CVA.

     

    Imagine if NL does get FF, signs a new CB or 2 and an old fashioned CF – thus improving the team – and gets denied a TREBLE again by MIBERY.

    Excited, happy, dancing, barking; just like me at times, chasing his tail….. C’mon the hoops…….Broonie, Broonie, Broonie……….

     

     

    He (the dug) is a dirty white Alsatian (or cross German Shepherd dog for the canine PC brigade) who goes by the name of Broonie but his Sunday name is Scott, well according to my slightly better looking other half, as she in her dulcet tones calls ‘Scottie, Scottie, good bhoy, Scott’ …………

     

    The visiting vet (LA educated, nonetheless, she never understood a word I said in my poshest south-side accent) last summer was totally confused…………… Long story!!!

     

     

    Anyway, wherever you are in the world, I am sure that there are similar goings on being recounted today…….

     

     

    Should really be in bed at this time but well maybe another bottle of local brew and when the dug stops his howling, I might slumber in to that fitful land of which they know not………. And they never will (unless they change), for it is reserved for the good of heart…….
