Good first half, despite the ref letting Hibs foul at will. Stay focused second half. Frimpong is world class btw.

Decent start. We are enjoying the ambition of Hibs. Nisbet and Boyle are threats but one more goal should see us safe.
Defence still not secure, we can get bogged down with possession but so long as we have penetrating players like Frimpong and Christie and Elyounoussi, we will score

I’d love a left-footed Frimpong clone.
Satisfying first half. Two-up against a decent side who recently took points from Rangers. Frimpong always a threat, Brown looking good and Moi getting game time.
Negatives: Injury to Ajeti which with our striker situation isn’t serious. Duffy….lots of fanfare, cost a fair few quid – is he much better than Simunovic? Serious question.

Hibs player could have easily hurdled wee Jeremie’s tackle. Jeremie is our most potent weapon . Our defence is Hibs best chance of getting back in the game.
Hope we see the real Eddy second half.
Again, Nir Bitton looks composed at RB. Not afraid to get tousy – another steady showing so far.
BTW has anyone called for Shane’s head after allegedly getting ‘rag-dolled’ a la Jullien. That aside, good tough presence for us !
SB — the first 5 yards are in his head.
Which is good because he is looking very leggy — poor recovery at times.
CMcG = Good goal / Hibs had a guy out of position and he made the most of it.
RC = Hop / skip and a jump mode — missing a bit of focus.
Disjointed team performances — plenty of moments of magic / too much play lacking energy.
Hibs have had too much of the game for my liking plus we have given them some openings to add to the ones they have created themselves.
Getting better …
That’s a clear free kick on Duffy – Nesbit pushed him. Harsh to criticise him there – Duffy needs to learn about Scottish referees, perhaps.
With Ajeti possibly out there’s a wee opening for Griff . We’ll maybe find out if he’s in the huff or not.
Far better play from. Brown and the midfield in general. Bitton our best centre back again. Hopefully not a serious injury to Ajeti and he partners edouard on Thursday. Of course, it’s a far different approach from, a Hibs team that aren’t all sitting behind the ball (which suits us).

Tackle on young JP — now have I got it right …
Hibs LB who has been given a torrid time by our RWB turns the tables and presses forward.
Our RWB makes a good defensive tackle where the Hibs LB then manages to stand on our players ankle sometime after the ball was cleared.

Duffy is probably still not match fit. Not played much football in 2020.

We have been a bit loose on our right hand side.
Hibs have worked some openings in the space between NB and JF.
Needs a bit of work.
Great first half against a good Hibs side. No-one could expect better than a 2 goal lead going in a half time. 2 good team goals. Impressive the way we are getting lots of players forward in support when we need it. Hope Ajeti came off as a precaution but also glad to see Eddy out there.
When we move up a gear we’re going to be unstoppable.
