  1. Listening to one of my favourite female singers. Dolores O’Riordan rip.

  2. Sorry to see good CQN men getting frustrated enough to have a go at each other. In all the years, I have only ever seen these stramashes end one way. Unnecessary pain for all protagonists. We come here to rejoice in our love for Celtic. We are all different. Be cool, be nice to each other. Can’t wait to get the jam tarts again. Pump them out the cup then take our place back at the top of the league. Europe can wait another day, for me. Hail Hail.

My daughter Paula is researching our family tree in Poland. She has found that our family in Gdansk were Jewish converts to Catholicism. You maybe on the money? ?

In the Holy Gospel according to Saint Mark today. The Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve and give up his life.

Our wee African priest gave a very powerful sermon today having a go at those who try to promote themselves above others and those who are into self aggrandisement. The only thing that was missing was a gospel choir behind him singing alleluia after every sentence — Amen

Our Archbishop delivered a similar sermon today. Powerful. Magical for introspection.

  7. Had a look at the Sunday papers’ front pages on the BBC Scotland website.

Strangely there is no Sunday Mail front page.

    I wonder why?

The Sevs haven’t win away fae home since February 2018… not sure if I heard that correctly on shortbread if so surely the “media” would be all over that ….

Bit of a shameless plug here for a great wee boozer in Croatia for any lhads and lhassies thinking of travelling there. Was out there earlier this month and stumbled accidentally upon the Belfast Celtic Bar in the Lapad region of Dubrovnik. Really friendly staff, decent prices for the beer and a real shrine to all things Celtic. HH

Played at my mums funeral through the tears it made me smile :-)

I dint have many regrets but not going to Bellahpuston as a daft 12yr old in 1982 is one of them, can remember being told it would last about 5hrs my first thought was “stuff going to a mass for all that time”

I didn’t know about the Solna fans expecting him to return. Its such a shame he has been great for us but I think his time is up. He is such a positive force in the dressing room that I hope he stays to the summer, his experience will be invaluable.

We need to use him particularly with our young defenders like Tierney and Ajer. Hendry could do worse than use Lustig as a role model.

I watched three games over the weekend.

The first was Lyon v Nimes.

The overall quality wasn’t great. Too many players over running with the ball and losing possession.

Moussa played in his usual laconic style, waiting for the pass that only came once….and he took full advantage. His team mates weren’t on the same page as him and how he must have wished that Rogic and Mc.Gregor were behind him.

I thought that he and Denayer stood out.

The second game was ours. Enough said.

The third was Hearts v Aberdeen. It was BRUTAL.

Both in the quality of the football and the nature of the tackling.

There appeared to be a foul every thirty seconds.

I expect Hearts will be given the licence to ” impose” their game on us next Sunday.

I don’t know whether to be annoyed at Neil Lennon or feel sorry for him. I think it is the latter.

We know that he has mental health issues that he works hard and courageously to deal with.

It will lead to occasional outbursts and post match is not a calm time for any football manager.

Missed that one, was only there for the day sailing up to Venice.

Gives me a reason to revisit :-) My wife loves the shoe prices annaw.

I do remember the beer was fantastic and the old city fascinating.

You did go up on the cable car?

Am I the only one suspicious of the NI FA enforcing the Lafferty ban this weekend and the story breaking about his “selfies “.

Coincidence, I dont believe in coincidence.

Wee BGFC just commented on their creative song book today.

Said, “Da – they’re singin’ ‘There’s no team like the Glasgow Rainjurz’ – they are right – all the other teams are alive!”

My Wee Bhoy’s got their card marked.
