Anyone know a Celtic supporter, Barney Brady, I found something outside the North stand that belongs to him ?

  2. TBJ Praying for Oscar Knox on

Really enjoyed tonight’s match .. in the company of cowiebhoy and crc .

Heard NFL on the way home saying they had put in a bid for a player today and waiting on an answer

    Said it wasnt LG

Maybe that’s why boydochenko didnt play tonight

  3. Hail Hail CQNers

Thanks for updates. Nails being bitten towards the end because I want these Bhoys to achieve what they can. Record shut outs done tonight. Absolutely delighted for the whole club and the very best supporters in the world.

    Hail Hail

  4. aye awfy braw min…on and off the park it is a braw time to be a Celtic bhoy/bhoyette

Bit of thinking out loud here but as another poster pointed out a couple of days ago (forgive me I don’t remember who) P67 & WC have been dropping gleeful hints for a wee while now.

The Resolution Bhoys are keeping schtoom and seem awfy pleased with life all of a sudden.

Morrissey has only posted to claim the fifth and read out a script from BRTH.

Those pesky troublesome bolshie lefty sponsor-unfriendly GBers have exited stage left (Hopefully not forever).

Are we all going to wake up in Kansas sometime soon?

  6. Big wavy I went through the 90s too. That’s what makes itso galling for me. Governments do indeed lie but we have no choice but to pay our taxes. Celtic want our money but treat us with contempt. So again I ask is it ok for them to lie to us then.

Big cup winners I have been watching football for 30 years. You are kidding me on about balde being a player aren’t you.

Early June, it’s the only time the wife can get off work. We were wanting to earlier so I could maybe catch a game while I was over but all her workmates had already book the time off.

    ————————————————————–

Ach well. Looks like we’ll need to catch a pint somewhere closer to home!

I’m looking forward to the trip. Going for a week. Staying in Sultanahmet. Looking forward to seeing the Ottoman, Byzantine and Roman architecture. And of course the kebabs. :-)

The league should be well won by then, and I’ll be taking the Hoops to wear of course.

  8. Never mind a 6 mil striker

CFC should spend some of their hard earned money (now they have no competition) on a Celtic silicon valley in the east end

I would like to see a few million spent on a Bill Gates type ideas environment at Celtic Park where Celt geeks like myself could smoke weed and come up with far fetched ideas like clickable icons that operate computers

stone cold sober at the mo csc

  9. I like Pukki. I think he’s a footballer and I’d be happy if he played a creative offensive role that didn’t have to mean he was a traditional 30 goal a season plAyer. We reinvented Didier why not Teemu too.

Your a bore mate.I am much to contented in life to enter into a debate with you,

We used to be spared your crap as you would only venture on after poor results looking for furtive ground. The team going on a history making winning run does have its downside now that you have been forced to abandon that strategy

  11. When listening to NL interview on way home from game and he mentioned we had a bid in for a player and it was not Griffiths, the optimist in me thought Snodgrass, the realist then came in and I thought the young Falkirk left back (Kingsley?)

  12. Notthebus the only thing you have ever said is insults. You offer nothing. Have you joined tonydonnely in his quest to cleanse this site of those who disagree? That’s your normal style. C’mon then debate why I think celtic are acting disgracefully to their support with me. Show me you have some intellect.

  13. I’ve anon – how many times have you actually seen him play? I’ve seen him a few times now and I’m not 100% convinced but he’s by no means risible. He’s also quite young.

  14. Weeminger probably the same amount as you. He can’t control a ball. He is young and raw but there is little talent there. Are you really saying he is the answer?

  15. Cowiebhoy supporting the Celtic to 3 in a row on

Just back from game, and the pleasure of TBJ sitting beside me ?

    Not read back, but

Stefan Johansen looks a real player

    Hail hail

  16. NegAnon2

Will that include the boards shameful land deal and hoarding the burger van money?

Your a serial complainer, even at spoof blogs

  17. BIG-CUP-WINNERS on

    NegAnon2

No, I watched the game and the player tonight. Here’s my evidence from my observations: a goal, the guy took up good positions awaiting a cross (something that we didn’t have earlier) evry time we had the ball in an advanced position, workrate and strength. His wee bit of skill was outstanding too.

As I requested, other than your negativity, would you care to substantiate ?

Or do you just want to call for a boycott ?

  18. Congratulations to Lenny, his backroom team and to the team for their achievement.

There may be more to come and hopefully so but what they have done so far is fantastic :)

  19. Neganon2 – At the risk of starting a long debate, what is it exactly that you are not happy about regarding the team? Or is it just the Board you are concerned about? Celtic are in a stronger position than they have been in for many years. The results on the park speak for themselves. To me, that makes it very difficult to criticize anyone at the club. The Board run the business side of the club, and they make sure the manager is given the necessary resources to build a team that they hope dominates domestically and competes in Europe. No-one can realistically expect any more for as long as we play in the SPL. Are you saying that the only reason we are winning is because there is no Rangers? That is not something we can do anything about. You deal with what is put in front of you and we have done well.

For the record I tend to agree with you on Balde. He looks a clumsy footballer with very little in the way of ball control. He may improve with a run of games as his confidence improves though

    I

  20. Neganon

I don’t share the view that I’m being treated with contempt. As I said our signing policy looks poor in terms of scouting and an over emphasis on punts but several years ago we went for retiring and out if favour Irish stars and won eff all. It’s a lottery, our numbers should be returning more value but football fees in England are stellar.

If Balde proves you wrong will you have the grace to hold your hands up or is being right more important. I want what’s best for celtic and hep he becomes a star.

Nah. We’ve all agreed it’s Christos Bhoyd, mate – on account of how he was at Celtic Park tonight watching the game.

    :-)))

  22. I really enjoyed our performance tonight, i was sceptical of the break to Turkey, but it has revitalised the players.

Their workrate tonight was first class.

It may be a sideshow to the bigger picture, but everyone from the front to back is working their butt off to protect this record run they are on.

Poor Pukki he tries his hardest, but it just isn’t happening for him, and Amido though raw, should be given some game time.

As for Derk Boerrighter, let’s just say he left a smile on peoples faces tonight, for all the wrong reasons.

If this boy has something that attracted us to buy him, then he’s keeping it well hidden.

Still. once again, a good night to be a Tim

  23. Neganon – his control tonight was one of the standout features of his game. I said I’m not convinced ie I’m not sure he’s the answer.

  24. twists n turns

Sevco share price down another 4.76%. New low of 24p.

    Jist sayin’ like……

Well said the market is never the fool only the players in it as far as Sevco is concerned

Some want the price to bomb like King
