Just watched the highlights- amazing how a snoozefest can be made to look exciting BTW- and had actually forgotten that bizarre incident with Rogic and the Thistle right back which was about the only time I was out my seat before the goal. Don’t know if it was a penalty but a truly pathetic bit of refereeing whatever it was. Don;t think the handball was a pen and that the ref got the ordering off right but one or two other poor decisions even in the five minute highlights. A promotion to the FIFA list cannot be far away surely?

Good evening all. Been under the weather the last couple of days and too tired to pick up a stream to watch it. What concerns me is the lack of ‘pressing’ football by Celtic in the SPFL. With no European football until the Summer Ronny has a great chance to develope and implement his ideas, domestically at least. I haven’t given up on Ronny yet, mainly because the board won’t replace him with the quality manager the fans require.
Another thing that worries me is Bitton’s indiscipline. He seems to be picking up silly yellow cards. For someone who recently signed an extension to his contract his heart doesn’t appear to be in it any longer.
Looking forward to next Sunday’s match in Stranraer. My first ever Celtic match in Scotland was away to Hearts around 1994. Predictably for that season we drew 1-1. Stranraer will be my second Celtic away game.
On a more rhebelious note RTÉ’s production of the 1916 Easter Rising – Rebellion – begins at 9.30.

From Oct 14th 2013 to Jan 3rd 2016 can you summarize for all us CQN’rs what Celtic have actually done about res 12?
1. Finding an alternative within company AGM rules that allowed the resolution to be adjourned and so kept alive in Oct67 rather than killed
and
2. Meeting shareholders reps on a number of occasions since to look at the issues and evidence and
3. Provide advice on handling the matter within the constraints that applied.
4. Pointing out weaknesses in the case as it was developed so that it was tightened.
5. Taking the matter to SFA to ask the key question on the tax bill itself.
6. Further telling the SFA to answer our legitimate questions put to them .
7. Being generally supportive and appreciative of our efforts.
Well SFA actually.
This is a high stakes game here and it’s not Celtic you should be asking questions of, it’s the SFA, but rest assured that is being done by the best way possible on shareholder’s behalf.

His first foul wasn’t a yellow compared to what went on before, his second was never a yellow any where in the world. Despite someone saying elbows, if you watch it it’s just two guys jumping for the ball with one arriving slightly later.
Ironic thing is the tackle before where he caught the guy on the foot was a foul and a yellow, yet the wonderful ref didnt even blow for a foul

However, that’s a list of what Celtic have done to avoid addressing res 12.
“Here is what the resolution asks of Celtic.
This AGM requests the Board exercise the provision contained in the Procedural Rules Governing the UEFA Club Financial Control Body Article 10 with jurisdiction and investigation responsibilities identified in articles 3 & 11 (Note 1 ), by referring /bringing to the attention of the UEFA Club Financial Control Body (CFCB), the licensing administration practices of the Scottish Football Association (SFA), requesting the CFCB undertake a review and investigate the SFA’s implementation of UEFA & SFA license compliance requirements, with regard to qualification, administration and granting of licenses to compete in football competitions under both SFA and UEFA jurisdiction, since the implementation of the Club Licensing and Financial Fair Play Regulations of 2010. “
