Sleep well, my friend. I’m not a big drinker, but it has been a marathon. Loved it though. Don’t know why, but I enjoy this Celtic team more than in a long time,
Who enjoyed the day most? I suppose those other folk are still getting used to these derbies.

Terrific memory for you with your dad …
My memory back then I gave my mum a good few quid out of my winnings … it spread through the pubs in Coatbrig like wildfire so I couldn’t even kid on how much I won :-) … BUT the big thing back then was the team that won the New Year’s Day game won the league … and for once the media was correct :-) they only pointed this out as they thought the Huns were going to win :-)
Before I say a glorious good night to the non-supporting Celytic supporters, here is my last offeing of

Hatate likely covers the same amount of ground in 70 minutes that the other midfielders do in 90 minutes. He does not have an endurance issue, its the role he is being asked to play (deeper lying 8). When we are playing three games a week that role is gonna have to be taken up by someone else at times for rest and recovery. Mcgreagor would be the natural player to step in to the deeper 8 role in terms of endurance.
As an aside he loses the ball now and again because he takes risks, he is more aggressive in his passing intend. Today he was outstanding.

Jimmy Johnstone, centre, puts on his boots in the Celtic dressing room at Hampden Park before a pre-season friendly match against Tottenham in August 1967. It was the Lisbon Lions’ first match on Scottish soil as European Champions and the match ended in a 3-3 draw, in front of a 91,000 plus crowd

GFTB – Exactly. Pure joy at a beautiful goal.
Guys seriously Jotas goal is class and his celebration is straight out of the 60s/70s standing head bowed and fist che style, just like the players of the 70s.

Back to American Pool efter the game. Aidan had a night out so just a 1 hour session in Reardons.
I was 3-1 ahead and lost 3-4
Aidan is the cleanest Potter of a ball I Ever seen.
Close up of Jota’s goal is wonderful.
I love how he turns away to celebrate well before ball crosses the line.
He knows he’s scored.
