    Keep phishing

Read your post early doors today about “not being about Celtic fans being complacent” … as long as the players don’t get complacent who cares who we all feel

And as for your “many disappointments?? You referenced 2005 and a season where there was a global pandemic … so twice in the space of 21pts is “many” …. Am just delighted you haven’t experienced many real disappointments…

    Hail Hail

Apologies if I have got my “Timbhoys” mixed up

  2. 21pts = 21yrs

That auto correct must think Ange is going to win our last 5 league games and Gio might blow his 5

  3. Edward Lear’s poem “The owl and the pussycat”

has been renamed “The owl and the kittycat”.

It’s a nursery rhyme for babies and toddlers.

The British Medical Association has just announced that vagina will now be called “front bottom”.

    Jeezo.

  4. Still buzzing about Celtic yesterday.

The strength of the bench is what it should be.

POTY a toughie but because he has taken on the Capitano’s role (what was his ambition years ago) and still driving Celtic forward and playing Awesome fitba to boot.

Callum is my POTY, he has been for a few years now. ;)

  5. Petec 7.09pm

KT was there from the age of 7

Think Callum was a late developer and didn’t join us till he was 8

    Some cracking fitba the now

  6. Superbru update.

Despite being the only poster to predict 7:0 yesterday, Craig76 did not feature amongst the top performers. The final round before the split leaving 5 games to go, saw Raplochbus earn the yellow cap with 9.5 points, ahead of fess19’s 8.5 with 3 predictors tying 3rd with 5.5 points (Greenpinata, Auldheid and Mahe). 11 Predictors earned bottom place with 1 point but the Computer has randomly awarded the wooden spoon to Gutenberg this week.

Overall, the top 3 remain the same:-

    Call Me Gerry- 211.5

    Hopeful Hoops- 203

    Big Archie- 193

There are 8 posters with over 180 points who could still land a prize with a good run-in and there is still the top weekly points prize if anyone can earn more than the 15.5 earned by Bhoy from the Village in week 18

At the bottom, out of those still taking part, wee BGFC is on 107.5, holding off Chalmersbhoy on 112.

The next predictions are due in on a date yet to be announced for the split fixtures but we will know soon enough- remember we are still predicting bottom 6 as well as Top 6 fixtures.

    Thanks for your continued support

  7. Good game Liv-City. Watched both managers on US TV post game. Both very classy guys – up there with Ange :)

When Pep was asked if he was going home to start preparing for their trip to Madrid, he said No, I’m tired, it’s family time tonight. Will have a glass of wine and watch Tiger at the Masters.

  8. Gerry,

I really didnae want Callum to leave for Leicester as he, for me, is almost irreplacable.

His level of perfomance constantly has been incredible for years now.

    The Fenian of the Opera!!!

  9. Philbhoy

I think you have been misinformed by somebody on your social media.

It was NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde who advised parents not to use the slang term but to use official names. They advise that you call it a vagina and not a front bottom.

As for the Edward Lear poem, it was one charity that renamed the poem in one of its books. It is neither official nor all that important. It is just designed to wind up Gammons what read the Daily Mail

  10. Petec 7.46pm

He was the “one” that Brendan wanted, like you am delighted he stayed …growing into the captains role and already a few players, definitely Starfekt has mentioned how important Callum has been helping him settle in …. Callum following in Broonys footsteps

  11. SFTB

I don’t read the Daily Mail.

But………my wife gets the Mail on Sunday.

  12. I think the Mail on Sunday made a big deal of the Edward Lear thing but it was just one book from a fringe charity- just their way of frightening us that our bananas are going to be straightened out by them commies and hippies.

The slang body parts rumour has been twisted back to front by whoever sent it to you. Looks like a Facebook meme where someone makes something up and nobody bothers to check whether there’s anything to it.

There’s a lot of strange things out there, so it’s easy to get fooled- I disbelieve 90% of what I read on social media and the 10% that looks convincing, I double check it.

  13. Scottie Scheffler could have perhaps played the shot that wins him the masters there.

    D :)

  14. SFTB

The slang body parts rumour has been twisted back to front by whoever sent it to you.

    ————————————

    No one sent me anything.

  15. I’ve never felt mair confident about Celtic winning next Sunday – a 1 off game too.

Daizen & Kyogo with Jota putting in the most amazing crosses.

    Ange is the Man.

  16. We will beat the Huns next 2 games and end their season.

Braga will put them out on Thursday also.

They will give wee Jiminy cricket Van Bronkurst another season and a rebuilding job on a shoe string and we will win next year as well.

Ange is building something special, keep these players for at least 1 more year and add some more quality.

    D :)

  17. Majestic – That shot from off the green that went in would give him the confidence again.

    D :)

  18. David66

Celtic beating them in the hate factory was awesome, that helped us so much.

    No Fear now.

We are gonnae surprise so many. Get CCV signed first, hopefully Jota 2.

  19. Sorry my post about keeping players for 1 more year was meant as we add more quality, but modern players being players will probably want away after 2 or 3 years.

    D :)

  20. Daft comparison time …

Maeda reminds me of Frank MacAvennie … not the the Frank that acts the fool and whatever .. the Frank that when he crossed the white line onto the field of play who never gave any fullback or centre half a minutes piece and was more than willing to chase back and help his fullbacks out … maybe different players off the park :-)

CCV from Spurs maybe a bit like big Ramon Vega came to Celtic found a place to enjoy their fitba …

Go on Carter get that contract signed, just ask big Ramon what he should have done

  21. Still worried about Ange words on Kyogo.

POTY.Toss up,can’t seperate,Calmac,CCV.Both outstanding.Calmac turning out against the Old Firm, still suffering facial injury, should swing it.

  22. Josip had to be Awesome to keep Anthony Ralston out the team. Kent was smashed in the midden.

    Its a collective effort. ;)

  23. Turkeybhoy 9.05pm

In the months Ange has been here I think there are certain “words” we can listen too …. he sometimes says less, the more words he uses … big Giamakous was precautionary (Ange’s words was a twinge) as for Kyogo if fit enough off the bench yesterday he will be good to go on Sunday (if selected)

  24. Made the schoolboy error of just watching a few holes of the masters …..

I am now glad I am on a 7am flight to London tomorrow and not the 7am ! It might be another late one.

Can’t wait for St Andrews to be welcoming the worlds finest in July for the 150th celebrations which really matter this year.

This could be a truly amazing year of sport ! But most of all an amazing year for Celtic fans.

  25. TURKEYBHOY on 10TH APRIL 2022 9:07 PM

That`s more like the TurkeyBhoy as I have always seen him. You seem to have been a bit angry and negative of late. Everything OK?

  26. Turkeybhoy 9.07pm

Doesn’t take much to confuse me :-)

Just hope the new film from the EPL isn’t ….

“Get Ange” …… never mind Carter
