STEPHEN WELSH gets a start against Feyenoord in the final Champions League Group E encounter against Feyenoord at Parkhead tonight.

The former Scotland Under-21 skipper returns to central defence in place of on-loan Nat Phillips who drops to the substitutes’ bench from the line-up that lost to Kilmarnock at Rugby Park on Sunday.

Welsh has been sidelined since late August after sustaining a freak injury in training.

This evening’s match against the Dutch is about pride with the Hoops’ European fate being sealed in the 2-0 loss to Lazio in Rome last month.
