We are in the same situation now, there is not the remotest doubt the Premiership will be called and Celtic will be declared champions. No one’s interest is served by further postponing the inevitable; it would only leave the SPFL in the spotlight longer than necessary.
Only box ticking exercises remain and today’s meeting between Premiership clubs and the SPFL should be the last. Scottish football has more important things to worry about, it is in significant peril and needs to move energies on immediately. Declare the 9.

Hot Smoked- we’re down in Dumfries &Galloway just outside the small village of Dunscore. We started with one donkey and now have 19, plus ten ponies, a creep of tortoises, cats, ( including sphynx cats….yuk) dogs, pet lambs, ducks,geese and a variety of hens – mostly rescued caged hens. Our main emphasis is of course the donkeys, especially the older ones….hence the name Farmersfield Resthome for Elderly Donkeys (FRED)
TLT- good idea about naming the donkeys. Tried to convince Mrs S to call the new arrival Delaney after DD, but again was voted down. We do have, of course a not so very Old Tim, but he’s a miniature shetland.
