Arabs putting twice the effort in they normally would. They will tire and we’ll score two in the last 20 mins.
Unless the MIB decides he has to up his game with a Celtic sending off, Celtic goal chalked off, dodgy pen for Utd. etc.
It would be good for a Celtic player to attack Izzy’s crosses at the near post.
We just don’t do that as a team.
Think Derk will be better suited to the big pitch at parkhead were he has more space and time on the ball.. No shots on target but persevere and the goal will come..
On more transfer news/rumours we have bid for Tomlin from Peterborough it’s been rejected.. If Leighton baines deal to Man U goes through izzy will be goin to Everton.

Decent first half performance from the Bhoys Started very lively despite the exertions of Wednesday night. Stokes and Big Virgil both went close from the edge of the box. Utd came back into it for the last 15 or so but have yet to threaten our goal.
Adam Mathews playing out of position wide on the right but has put in a good performance. Lustig behind him at RB has been excellent. Difficult for Lenny to get both these guys in the starting 11. Boerrigter has struggled to get past him man wide left. Will be looking for a bit more from him in the second half.
Defence have looked solid in the centre. Maybe Virgil and Efe can hold down these spots for the rest of the season.
Will be looking to create a few more clear cut chances in second half. This game still has to be won.
I don’t know whether to laugh or cry at a poster writing off Derk already. He’s played for 30 minutes, 11 minutes and now 45 minutes. Obviously he’s a complete failure.
Delighted with pukki signing, still hopeful of another striker and centre half signing.
Despite izzy being inconsistent i surprised were not trying to sign a centre half or striker first.

Get the welsh bhoys ledley and matthews signed on long term deals asap.

Derk will come good. He looks a bit short of match fitness, and I bet he isn’t used to people literally jumping on top of him as soon as the ball comes anywhere near him. A few more matches and he’ll be up to speed.
Thought we started really well, if VVD and AS shots go in?
