we can beat barca but we’ll need a serious kick in the hole to get anywhere near it

Excellent Article in today’s Sunday Herald ..

    The Trump Conspiracy ..

About how the extreme far right bank rolled Trump,

and have now been rewarded with key appointments ..

Well worth a read for anyone interested ..

Can’t seem to post a link .. If anyone can that be great, thanks ..

I would love to see Michael Bradley in a Celtic jersey , he was superb in his time at Roma , he’s just what we need !

  4. Got to admire the originality of the Chelsea fans. To the melody of Amazing Grace, verse 1: “Chelsea (X 14)”. Verse 2: “Chelsea (X 14)”….

    For the last 15 minutes…….

  5. GEERYFAETHEBRIG-@10:55. Cheers, and you’re right its a half decent blog :-)) but you’re wrong about you talking rubbish mate

  6. Dallas Dallas where the heck is Dallas on

BBC website reporting Jordan Larrson given a lot of grief by some Helsingborg ‘s fans after they lost the relegation play off today.

Jordan scored on 82 minutes to put them ahead on aggregate but lost two goals in the last five minutes and have now been relegated.

  7. Must admit I too am a wee bit concerned for Johnjames, you`d think he would have posted something new since Thursday. I did think he was taking a big chance appearing in public. I also wondered if the voting could have been rigged in some way, just to expose him. It goes without saying some peepul would love to see him seriously harmed. Hope he`s alright.

The sickening VANDALISM of Peter’s memorial is in the dr tomorrow .

Celtic I would hope hand over money to replace the memorial and then add 20 grand or so onto the money from the Huns for our toilets !

Let the Huns recover said money from their scumbag support !

Has ANY Hun been charged yetabout the toilets , if not why not ?

As for the scum who destroyed the memorial and/or toilets , if or when caught let them be OUTED in the media .

If they have jobs , I hope they get sacked .

    RIP Peter Johnstone.

Spending 2 nights at Cameron House with Mrs Hebcelt, sorted for dining Sat night looking for something early afternoon Fri anywhere in Glasgow or near Cameron House

*take yourself doon tae Corries opposite St Kessogs in Balloch, good wee family style restaurant, a Lion who lives up the Loch sometimes goes in there after Mass. I know the wee lassie that owns it well.

Then nip next door tae the Doghouse, best wee pub in Balloch, there are nae Tim or hun shops in the wee village but this is as close tae a Tim one that you’ll get.

No chance of getting them, Police Scotland immediately after the game said it would be handled internally, a crime scene where up to £200 k in damage was done and no one held to account, I hope the club are having a serious word with the service they get from the Police as this is not the first time damage has been done to our stadium but nothing on this scale, their tactics are to lump all the arrests together so the effigies flags will count as arrests and wont have peolple asking questions as it was the same game, dont think Celtic know much more as PL said when asked at the AGM he thought a Police enquiry was ongoing. It is a scandal and mak s Police Scotland look as if they allow a rioting mob to wreck toilets and hope through photographs to get the culprits later, well its not worked.

  11. Re: the comments last night about Dees, I go back tae ’65 and across the road was a similar shop called McMurties or McMurchies, there was also Gordon’s Shoes on Stockwell Street and the shirt shop was called Esquires, there was a similar one and cheaper in Partick.

Drove my mother, who shopped in Bremners, nuts as she looked on the claes as low quality, me I couldnae give a donald as long as I resembled an extra fae Quadrophenia driving about the Bonnie Banks in my Lambretta which incidentally was purchased in Clydebank.

When the high schools over here accepted the DMs as part of the uniform we bought a young Miss TT a pair every year from Dees in the Clydebank shopping centre either when we or family members were hame or someone was coming across, a bit pricey but still cheaper in the long run.

West Ham are one if many clubs in engrland that I hate.

*interesting that you say that Jimmy as they have a strong Catholic connect and the oul Boleyn Ground was rented fae the Westminster archdiocese from 1902 until 1959.

Situated right in front of the stadium is Our Lady of Compassion Church, whose previous parish priest was a season ticket holder. The commitment of the Church locally continues to burn bright.

Former Vicar General of Brentwood Diocese has been a fervent Hammers fan all of his life. Some of the players over the years have attended Mass at Our Lady of Compassion.

Another Catholic presence on the stadium site is St Edwards Catholic Primary school, which now occupies a virtually new building courtesy of West Ham.

  13. Found this on the beeb in an article on today’s the Leeds/Newcastle game.

“Fans held a minute’s applause on 11 minutes to mark next Sunday’s fifth anniversary of the death of Gary Speed, who played for both clubs.”

Did by chance sevco who love minutes silences/celebrations and black armbands do anything for one of deidco’s former players who passed away last week. I know he never kicked a ball for them but was still on the payroll.

  14. DEES Trongate,

Around 1971 I bought my first pair of platform shoes from there. I also bought a wine/yellow hooped crew neck Jersey from there too. ( I’m cringing thinking about that Jersey).

    I thought I looked the business ?

I remember wearing many pairs of high waisted flares ( 28 inches wide).

I never took to Arthur black gear as it was worn largely by the neds in Glasgow.

I never wore bovver boots either, same reason.

I went over to see the Peter Johnstone memorial last year. The visit will always remain poignant for me as my Dad died a few short months earlier .

I remember Dad saying to me that Peter’s monument was a wee bit isolated.

He certainly knew the violent , destructive mindset of your average Hun!

I will never understand the mentality of somebody who could damage something so lovingly put together .

I agree, hopefully Celtic will pay for the damage and the monument restored.

    RIP Peter

  16. Hun media- NO mention of the destruction of Peter’s memorial, I wonder why ?

Now if that had been a general and/ or an oldco player memorial to a soldier , then no doubt the Huns would have been all over it !

They are most sickening scum and as I posted before , I hope they get outed in public ?

    Thank God I’m aTim.

  17. TONTINE TIM.

What you post about West Ham and a Catholic connection may be correct , however Real Madrid, Athletico Madrid, Racing Club, FC Porto to name but a few probably have stronger catholic connections than West Ham will ever have, that doesn’t mean that I should like them ?

I hate West Ham cos of their support, likewise Chelsea, Millwall, Leeds etc etc.

Oldco and Sevco have / had Catholic fans, is that any reason to like ” them” ?

I take your point mate, but I stick with my long time opinion.

  18. HEADTHEBALL @ 6:15

What a bizarre, brief, emotional cameo! I’m guessing that John James had a substitute stand in for him.

The so called celebrity invited to do MC duties was pretty bad, and his attempts at humour did not go down well with the audience.

    IniquitousIV

  19. I don’t know the Catholic Church connection with West Ham but for a long time (from the mid 60s) they were my favourite English team because of the quality of football they played.

They were invited for Bobby Moore’s Testimonial (c1972) and the Times Football Correspondent (Geoffery Green?) advised all those who could get to the game to go because they would see football as it should be played.

  20. MING

    I don’t think that one’s correct.

    Substitute….. who knows?

  21. Hun media are posting about JJ being outed and that he hasn’t posted for days ?

One scumhun posted an address in England which for obvious reasons I won’t post in here, just in case, claiming that it’s JJ’s ?

I hope their Sevco get buried for ever in the not to distant future, and they could spend more time with their neo nazi politics and goats .

    Tontine Tim,

I watched the Leeds v NU game today and heard the Geordie fans singing the J.Saville song.

It took me a couple of minutes to join the dots.

    Different target…..same scum.

  24. Correction to my own post at 6.21 !

I meant to post that regarding the wearing of Arthur black gear was something I never did due to the Ned’s in my CLASS and LOCAL area wearing it ?

Apologises to those who wore it, but weren’t Ned’s.
