Just watched the first goal again. Kayal didn’t even try to match Shields’ run from midfield. I wonder if he still thinks he is good enough for Manure. If I see Hooper pulling out of another tackle I’ll throw the telly oot the windae.

cannot add much to previous posts on here. My earlier post about lack of options on bench now is bearing fruit, at two down we could have put on Bangura, now that Hooper is gubbed will we see Rogne at centre forward? Indidentally, Conroy spared Kayal a red card by blowing for half time. This looks like our PlG moment , hope Liewell reads this blog , perhaps we can send him the unedited highlights.

Hate to say it but our inexperienced management team need to go.
I think Neil will resign immediately after the game….a la Keegan at end of an England game…because it is clear he cannot take these players any further at all.

James Forrest is Lennon, totally agree. This club is being driven by an absent landlord towards the wall. This is a series of car crashes that will see us at the level of Hibs within the year. How do we fix it? Vote with your feet. Don’t go to the games.

It will be interesting to see who emerges in the 2nd half.
If there are no changes then Lenny is clueless.
If Wanyama and Bangura emerge he may just have a chance at reducing the deficit.
No tempo, no football, no points absolutely shameful display.
Big Danny let’s be frank is slow, unaware of what is going on about him and constantly ball watching absolutely hopeless but plays every week. It’s not all his fault but systematic of Celtic’s problems, there seems no one in the coaching staff who can spot just bad bad players, non tryers, players who are clearly hiding on the park and get Celtic playing with any sort of tempo.
The manager has ran out of ideas very similar to last year when it seemed the team was getting picked by raffle. Then after the crap displays at Xmas I thought we seemed to have turned the corner, but he’s slipped back into old habits.
I think Lennon will go after this because the team are simply not performing for him or the coaching staff and I think he knows it. Unfortunately there has never been consistency under his tutelage, never addressed centre back position properly, whilst the squad has become bloated with under performers and free loaders.
This is totally unacceptable. What is evident here is that the players are not playing for the manager for whatever reason. If they can’t put a shift in for him, they should be playing for the shirt and the fans. This is gutwrenching to watch.

Huns probably have been cheating the tax man for years but it’s a million times worse when your cheating the fans who are putting money in your pockets

Why are we still blaming the Board……god almighty the players on that park should be able to pump Hearts, KIllie – the lot…yet Lawell gets the blame. The guys not performing here are either the top earners or players bought for cash.

Lennon should have made a statement after 20 mins and pulled off Hooper. Why can’t he see what everyone else with a modicum of football knowledge can see?
Wanyama looked good on his last outing. Bangura has more hunger than Hooper and Stokes combined. Get them on the park.
Looks like the media etc have finally succeeded in destroying the confidence of this team, who don’t have the character to rise above it all…

Will make my judgement at full time but does not look good for Lenny. If we don’t take 3 points today, extremely unlikely, the league is over and we’ll be lucky to finish 2nd. Kayal and Ki are a couple of passengers. Get Victor and Bangura on, Hooper so obviously struggling after the injury.

Their heads have been spun by thoughts of EPL money. Well, they’re about to find out who is really interested cos they will be off to compensate for the lose of revenue caused by empty, none ST, seats.
Lennon will probably go tonight or tomorrow(he will genuinely resign-not a mutual consent) but who replaces him will be interesting.
I hope all the posters who claimed we’d be 20 points clear & fat sally would be gone will be on tonight explaining their logic.
I’ve said it since last year, without 2 new central defenders we’d win nothing. Well, that’s about to proved right.
Lennon’s faith in disinterested guys like Kayal(why was he not captain?) and utter diddies like Majstorivic has cost him dearly.

The people responsible for today are the players: stokes has been even more than his usual, feckless self, hooper is anonymous, the entire midfield appear to think they’re still on light training. At least tevez had the nuts to refuse to play, every player, with the exception of Forrest should be fined two weeks pay. Shouting for a change of management won’t change a thing. The entire club needs to be reformed. For too long we have been diverted by crap like ‘songs’ and problems at other clubs. We should treat this as an oppurtunity to move forward positively, beginning by fining those overpaid, feckless gets.
For Parkheadcumsalford’s pessimism… Some of still remember getting rid of the old board and Fergus’s arrrival. Anything is possible.

How have we come to this. Players that arent interested and show no passion. They have given up and its glaringly obvious they will not put themselves on the line for this management team. Kayal, Ki, Forrest not interested in doing the hard work. Other players see these guys not putting in the effort and it spreads from there. Too much moaning at each other when passes dont come off and no one willing to do the hard work. Absolutely disgraceful attitude.

I think we can all see that Neil has had to try and manage Celtic with one hand tied behind his back,if the rumours about player acquisitions are true then who could manage in that environment?
When we get our next manager (when ever that is) he’ll be a yes man or be willing to work on a merge budget just what the board wants.
