To be fair to the media hacks, the close season can be a bit dry for news, so it is no great surprise to see them continue to a nefarious campaign on inappropriateness where it was established in clear legal terms that inappropriateness did not exist.

I think Joe Allan would be a good addition, I don’t know if someone was referring to me earlier by saying ” I was led by the nose” in expressing my opinion about Allen.
I think he could be a good addition, if as someone says it would take £15million to prise him away from his present club, then obviously it won’t happen, we could look at a loan deal, although I do prefer to get players signed. Still think he would be as good for us as we would be for him.

Modern Media isn’t so much about the truth. Those who know how to play the game know it’s about who shouts first and who shouts the loudest. Once the Agenda it set it doesn’t matter how much analysis and comeback there is, whatever is said first sticks to some extent.
We can apply that to King’s agenda here. He wanted to create a perception that the governing bodies are pro Celtic and anti Rangers. He is looking further down the line. Today as the story rumbles on he has achieved that amongst his target audience, supported by some in the SMSM. The facts are now lost, the reality doesn’t matter. King has spoken and the hoardes have lapped it up as they do absolutely anything pro Rangers.
King has achieved everything he set out to, with the added caveat that the ‘Old Firm’ narrative rambles on. He doesn’t have a hand to play i don’t think. This is part of a concerted effort to keep the pitchforks from his door. Also looking ahead, my guess would be that the CO has them bang to rights with UEFA License issue from 2011. This has nothing to do with the SPFL or McLennan. However what King has set out to achieve is to apply sufficient pressure to discredit the verdict and mitigate against any punishment. Whether the football authorities will be influenced or not, we shall see.

Last year I took part in the GCC Parking Proposals Survey, the results of which I have never seen. In reviving the issue another survey was set up, this time under the guise of “safer parking”. Could not not take part this time, despite my many efforts, and despite using the email addresses in Celtic FC’s own statement, checking the GCC website, calling the “customer” telephone line etc. Checked also, some of the streets listed in the proposals to discover that some at least have no current parking restrictions, at all currently, as in none. Others do have current restrictions, which obviously are not restrictive enough for a Council that cannot find one good reason for banning one Orange Walk in Glasgow, but can find plenty to ban Celtic supporters from parking legally within reasonable walking distance from Celtic Park when Celtic FC are playing er football.
Should have qualified my post by stating that I very seldom watch anyone but Celtic and don’t have an ‘English Team’ (pathetic) so if said JA is a superstar I apologise

Joe O’Rourke(CSA) publically stated that they would rather not take any tickets for Ibrox and not accept the 800. They also suggest that we give them 7,000.
They died trying to catch us and they are on the way to dying again. I had wanted them to disappear but we have had a few laughs at their Ham fisted attempt at building a new club pretending to be the same club.
Celtic don’t support Sevco neither do our Fans, coaches or players. We want to crush them and will do so even more when we are banned from Ibrox.
