Am I alone in thinking the TFG hoax call to Sandaza was in very bad taste? The guy is being lauded as some sort of hero. I just don’t see it that way. Craig Whyte was a charlatan and deserved to be exposed to ridicule, but Sandaza? What is it all about? Have we as a support really descended to this sort of hunnish behaviour?
I’m sorry but I just don’t get it. If it means I am so far removed from that nonsense that I couldn’t possibly get it, then I am happy with that.

I think the Herald top 50 Footballers list was drawn from a panel of sportswriter opinion but I don’t think they listed the names of those who gave their rating. I suspect Richard Wilson and Darryl Broadfoot did it themselves just to wind up Hugh McDonald. I expect to see Gazza or Laudrup at number one on the grounds that they wish he was Scottish.
Judging by those omitted from the list so far, I expect to see Dalglish, Jinky, Law and Baxter in the top 5 with, maybe, Dave McKay as a sop to the neutrals.
Woodburn and Greig were known for one football skill only, At least Souness had some fitba to add to his thuggery.
