we have no plan B , teams allow us to have all the possession knowing that we are powder puff up front.

Was worried about this one. Looks like I was right to be. The boy Edouard seems too raw to carry the team the way Griff and Moussa have in the past couple of seasons. A development project. Not sure we can afford the luxury at the moment. Come on Celts, get back on it!

dreadful stuff. No ideas going forward. Very poor team selection. We have gone seriously backwards this season; hopefully Brendan can bring it back.

Anyone who doesn’t think we have problems is kidding themselves.
As it stands even the SPFL dross can cause panic in our defence, and disrupt our play.
We now look toothless up front.
This league is not won, and last season is another country.
Nitcham has had a decent half, he can influence the game if he gets on the ball.
That aside, they have funnelled us through the middle of the park and choked the game. Like most teams this season, they have a system to make it hard for us and it’s working.
Griffiths will improve things – Odsonne not an effective focal point.
We will still win this game.

Why is Rodger’s playing our third best striker? Griff should be on.

We played for the first five minutes, then ground to a halt.
We don’t have anyone showing real form and I can’t see where we change it as we are not creating openings, no matter who plays as striker.

Why are we playing Eduard? It diodes the make sense with griffiths and dembele on the bench.
It strikes me that Brendan isn’t thinking clearly. He had been odd since the break.

We don’t have a CF on the pitch who attacks the ball/ crosses in the 6 yard box
so that when we’re in the box the option is always to shoot rather then ping it low and hard across the box , knowing that some one will be there to knock it in.
That’s not a great option at the best of times but a terrible option when our shooting is so poor.
We have our best players on the bench,

Hope I’m proved wrong but if we play the same way in the second half, we’ll get nothing from the match. We are far far too predictable. Nobody looking for the ball. It’s all wee passes at the back. (I was going to say “safe passes” but that isn’t the case.) Nobody running with the ball, except Scott and Jamsie occasionally. No midfield player driving the play.
