FORMER Celtic star Georgios Samaras is poised to join big-spending Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal.
The Greek international, who left the Hoops at the end of his contract last season, joined West Brom in August.
Samaras agreed a two-year deal with the Midlands outfit, but new boss Tony Pulis has told him he is not in his plans.
The 29-year-old forward is expected to head to the Middle East on a six-month loan with a view to a permanent contract.
Samaras has played just eight times for the Baggies, including five league games and three Cup matches, all without scoring a goal.
