As six Celtic fans face the prospect of months in a Dutch jail if police evidence is preferred, take a look at this CCTV video from the Euro Pub in Dam Square:
This is no more than the strong bullying the vulnerable. It is shocking and affected more than just Celtic fans, other innocent bystanders were picked on.
What can you do about it? We’re looking for around 40 more bucketeers to collect before the Aberdeen game on Saturday for the legal defence of the six Celtic fans. You’ll need to get to the stadium a bit early, bucket shaking will be required. That’s all.

I can’t tell people when to travel for Celtic games but you need to ask yourself is it worth it?

Looks like there wasn’t much evidence from Polis in Pats case, could be good result. I’ve 2 not guilty and 1 undecided up to now, depends on how much judge goes with polis against vids etc

The (unconstrained) reporting of the Dam Square ‘assaults’ is/are so horrific that it takes me back to Southall, Staples Corner, Blackpool, Brighton, the Miners’ strikes, and the role of the ‘quasi international police’ in all of their many guises but the saddest recollection (for me) is that it is like the SPG rolled forward 35 years, transported from London to Amsterdam, and God alone knows why (thankfully) we are not talking fatalities here……….

Thanks to the lads who did the updates. Taking a break myself. I’m inclined to agree with macanbheatha that it will be a fudge, one or two found not guilty, the others fined various amounts. That way it will look like there was a considered assessment of each case. Must say I’m gone right off anything Dutch, I think I’ll start my own economic boycott.
