I see a justification for yesterday’s vote has been issued. The chairman of one club spoke to several of my contacts in the media with a completely different version, using both the F word and the C word.
Apparently he believes several SPL clubs are being led by the C word – Celtic. Or to be more precise, “F***ing Celtic”, a name reserved for use by a specific demographic. All off the record, of course, but incredibly indiscrete, betraying his world view.
If that’s how you feel, man up and say so publicly. Tell us who you think is really bringing Scottish football to its knees, I am sure everyone will agree this is a time for frankness.

Noo let me think we are still bhoycotting Kilmarnock and now we have part timers advocating a bhoycott at Paisley so I think that makes a minimum of 4 games next season
My point was that its easy to to promote bhoycotts when you only ever go and watch the hoops once or twice a season home or away if they ever go

Last night after the SPL rejected plans to form three leagues of 12-12-18 under a new league body Sevco issued a statement praising St Mirren and Ross County for rejecting the new look set up.
Aberdeen and Hearts were highly critical of St Mirren’s position with the Paisley side hitting back today in a website statement.
“It’s ridiculous,” Gilmour responded to rumours of a deal with Sevco. “This is a club that voted Rangers into Division Three, voted a director off our board because of alleged links to Rangers.
“We are also a supporter of a 42-team solution for Scottish football, not an SPL2, and that would therefore have no short-cut for Rangers back to the top-flight, so where somebody would get the idea that we were doing this to help Rangers is beyond me.
“I would add that Charles Green did attend a game at St Mirren Park but like any director, chairman or manager from any football club, when they make a request for tickets by email, they are shown the same hospitality by the club as any other representative.
“During Mr Green’s visit, there was no discussion about league reconstruction. In fact, the only thing we did speak about was agents, players wages, etc.”

I caddied for a mad pro from Aberdeen on the senior event at HDA on Friday, he was anything but professional. He went to a whorehouse in Cartagena on friday night got back at 06.00 and we were on the tee at 08.50. Needless to say we didnt win the purse, but I had a blast. I mean ffs could he not have waited till saturday:-)
