You have to wonder about football people sometimes when they appear to not know the difference between a contract and something which is not a contract. A contract is a signed document committing one or more parties to do something. For example, Lassad Noiuoiu and Celtic signed a contract committing the player to perform the duties of a footballer and committing Celtic to provide pay and conditions.
Employers can also contractually agree to pay employees money for fulfilling their job, over and above their Contract of Employment, by simply writing the terms down, signing the document and handing it over to the employee. For a football player, this type of additional contract would need to be registered with the relevant Football Association and tax would be due on it, or else the Karma Police will come round and leave you in tears.
Speaking about his attempts to sign Noiuoiu, Levante’s president said, “During 30 hours of negotiations we closed the transfer with faxes and documents between the two parties”.
“Two parties”, “faxes and documents”? Let’s be specific, the two parties would need to be Levante and Lassad Noiuoiu and the documents would need to be a Contract of Employment, otherwise it appears that Levante have been the victim of an agent trying to make a deal happen when he was not in control of events.
It will be a bitter pill to swallow for Levante, who appear to have acted with good faith throughout, but as Celtic fans have long known, a new signing is not a new signing until he is running around a football field.

If you have ever bought a windfall ticket I think you would have seen where money goes printed on it.
Just saying like…

Aye, a have bought them and as I have posted above
I don’t trust the beancounters.
No matter what way they dress it up – I DON’T TRUST THEM !!!
Surely I’m allowed to say that ?

With the Netflix service how do you stream it to your tv. Is it through a smart tv or through a laptop or some other device?

KevJungle,
It is going to be Great, what are the reservations you have about Celtic playing in the Champions League?
I can’t see many, if any myself. We have a young team that can only learn by going against better teams.
_______________________________________________________
You can’t be serious ?
Hooper – Wanyama – Forrest apart
the rest are rank. imo.
Yet again, we’ve been promised by Neil of all people that
HE would be looking to add – Four first team ready players !!!
Did he get them ? No. imo.
Maybe we’re dealing with a – generation/gap thingy here but
last season, almost everyone on here was readying themselve’s
for a – jelly & ice cream Treble.
What happened ?
The same players who, imo – sh#t the nest last year are being trusted again.
I mean…
£15mill – Champions League money
£5mill – Ki money
£20mill – SB money
£5mill – wiped off the wage bill
and yet, we canny afford Johnny Russel from Dundee Utd ?!?!?!
Not Good Enough. imo
Green Lantern (((((0)))))
If it helps further, I’m on the Super HUB Virgin Media service. We were on 20 Mb service previously but were given a free upgrade to 60 Mb I think it is.
There has never been any buffering of the movies we have watched, which will likely change the more people subscribe, as long as they add more bandwidth as soon as the contention ratios start getting into the amber category, and they cannae be anywhere near the Broadband providers usual crap, then I cannae fault the service. It is there to be accessed instantly. The wee man loves Top Gear and regularly watched Youtube clips for hours, Netflix has every episode, even some he hasn’t seen. ;)

As you all probably know the Inca Civilization was an aboriginal American Indian with its genesis and evolution in the Andean region (western South America) prior to Spanish exploration and conquest in the 16th century. In cultural, societal and civil terms it ranked with the early civilizations of Egypt, Mesopotamia.
If you don’t understand the context of that statement, then in common with the rest of the human race you haven’t been listening! This could prove catastrophic unless you get your act together!
It is absolutely fundamental to combating the mysterious forces at play in the threatening world around us and even more dangerous dank dark caverns beneath our subconscious.
But fret not for the exposition and catharsis will soon be upon us.
It is coming and soon will be explained. You can be saved!
Be patient.

KevJungle,
I think you should watch more football, I think I am getting what you are saying about JR. Perhaps Celtic want to keep DU as strong as possible? Is that too much of a conspiracy. ;)
The 3 players we have brought in are, if they settle in good, going to be first team players. I just don’t get what you’re saying this morning.

Cheers Iniquitous,
It’s a site that i have used before, when i went on holiday. The bars listed at my holiday destination were rank!! However looking at the Derby bar it seems to be a good set up, an Irish center and home to a supporters club. So i will give it a try. Cheers bud!

If your like me and, hadn’t heard of ANY of these players
before we were linked with them, how do you know that they
are going to be any good ?
I hope for Neil’s sake that they are good but
I think that Neil has been shafted by the bored.
And, he won’t be the first Celtic manger to be shafted by the bored.

Even more interesting than usual and that is always of a high grade.
First film watched on Netflix, Apocalypto (2006) a very sobering view of a Pagan society.
“Let’s be having you!.. hic”
Growing anger among Christians will be highlighted today by Delia Smith, the television chef and practising Roman Catholic, who will issue a Lent appeal on behalf the Church’s charity, Cafod, accusing “militant neo-atheists and devout secularists” of “busting a gut to drive us off the radar and try to convince us that we hardly exist”.
Hail! Hail! Delia
Yeah lets continue signing poachy, technical little strikers and forget about big target men.
Lets continue playing in a team with very little arial threat from open play excepting Sammi (from set pieces we can get the big guys forward).
Johnny Russel lol… DU can keep him, we have a couple of decent wee strikers in Stokes and Hooper, where the hell do we find space for JR?
We brought in two big strikers and a stopper… perfect :)
Satans handywork in full flow.
Christian agencies throughout the whole of Europe should go on strike.
Shut down all the hospitals and charities and caring services until they reverse this outrageous attack on the Christian faith.
Every Christian in the country should make a point of wearing the cross to work.
(It is so ironic when not so long ago much of Europe was under the control of a regime that forced one religious group to wear identifying symbols of their faith.)
The only reason for imposing such a law is because it MIGHT offend non-Christians.
By imposing the law they are guaranteeing to offend Christians. Of course, the rights and feelings of Christians don’t count for anything.
KevJungle,
I don’t think Neil is one to let anyone control him.

We are all working hard, together, to make sure we get back to the Very Top m8, and we will with our infrastructure and our visionaries within our ranks. We are unstoppable and Neil know the inside and the outside of Celtic Football Club.
Awesome days ahead m8.

KevJungle
had you ever heard of Wanyama.. Hooper.. Kayal..
before we signed them?
We have a talented scouting network it seems to me…
keep the faith!
So they’re all upset because Alex Thomson apparently called them Daleks?
Well let’s just think about what phrases and sayings Daleks come out with and compare it to their chants shall we?
EXTERMINATE – Surrender or you’ll die????
YOU ARE AN ENEMY OF THE DALEKS – Calling people bigots????
YOU MUST BE EXTERMINATED – The famine song
WE OBEY NO – ONE – doesn’t need much changing really
WE ARE THE SUPERIOR BEINGS – We are the PEEPEL
Everywhere they go they wreak chaos and destruction and make decent people recoil in fear so he was way off with that one eh?
Daleks can now be added to Orcs, Storm troopers and any other fictional monsters when talking about them. It is supposed to be a joke but of course they see it as bigotry.
Well new rule: If you want people to not call you after fictional monsters of hate and destruction then you really should stop acting like them.
This Dalek thing is not a new thing of course. Watch the supporting evidence (warning – very strong language) which is hilarious if you haven’t seen it before.

Is it just that you don’t trust what they say ie the say there will be transfer funds and then all the money is used to service debt or do you believe that they are squirreling money away in a dubious manner?
If it’s the former then fair enough, if it’s the latter then there’s literally nothing that can be done to help you.

I see the Hugh Keevins supporter is back on with his usual “what Big Bad Celtic done to me” story…
Anything that goes wrong at Celtic in the next fifty years will be “cos we didnae sign Johnny Russell”
Get a life CSC
KevJungle
That would be the same stokes that made a bad decision yes, you think Johnny Russel makes no mistakes?
Also Stokes was a name known to us all when he signed, top goalscorer in the league the year before he signed if I remember right?
As opposed to someone you have never heard of….
Istanbulcelt
pretty sure the guy that does the diary on Etims (Ralph Malph?) is from Stoke area.

not sure about Rogne. As was mentioned above he seems to be rarely fit. He has shown promise but has also been badly exposed at times. I fear that he will never lose the tag potential. Not quite Stuart Slater but never quite getting there.

Celtic really needs to get on top of its customer service across the board.
From what I’ve heard and experienced this is whats wrong
3. The Ticket Office treat supporters with contempt and disdain
——————————
Celtic are about to lose someone who has followed and supported since he was a boy and he is now going on for 69. He has been a season ticket holder since Hampden, he pays up front each year, he has been paying top money for a seat on the half way line in North Stand.
Every time we are in CL he is moved ….. every time.
Sometimes he was moved to the corner for the away support, sometimes just a section or two away but he has been moved every time.
Repeated requests for an explanation of this meet with “UEFA”.
That is not a tenable explanation, it is just an excuse for not handling a situation properly.
No UEFA delegate or sponsor has ever sat in his seat, it is mostly some other ST holder who has been moved from their ‘own seat’.
The other day he went to the ticket office and was offered a restricted view package!
He will always be a Celtic man in his heart but he will no longer be putting his hand in his pocket.
Sometimes the term ‘The Celtic Family’ rings rather hollow.
Thanks for your Help Mort, will try Paul.

Bad choice of phrase there. So you think our board are acting illegally rather than just spinning and hoodwinking us, is that correct?

Why then, did the same pygmies not see fit to ban – McLean and Nevin ?

Summer’s here again in the Chilterns, warm with a nice gentle breeze…
Remember aul Kojo recommending the shares in Netflix a few years back, embdy take him up? embdy make any spondoolaks?
More solid investement than the Cross-Bar challenge I’m led to believe.
Safer bet than the Cross to work challenge.
