Understanding the perpetrators walked among us

485

We will never know the scale of sexual abuse in our institutions, or how far back in history they go; “historic” covers a lot of ground.  What we know for sure is the lifelong damage caused by this abuse.  Yesterday’s SFA review, apologies from clubs and the Association, and many criminal convictions, cannot repair the damage done, but it vindicates those who brought the issue to light.

It is hard to understand that the perpetrators walked among us, lived otherwise normal lives and held positions of respect.  It could be decades before we know if the problems of the past persist today, such is the imbalance of power between abuser and victim.  As a society, as families or as parents, we cannot be complacent.  Boys clubs, churches and youth organisations were targeted in the past, but if these types still walk among us, and they almost certainly do, they will look where vigilance is less.

You managed to find that link yet?

Or mastered how to post it?

  2. Jim Goodwin worries about the harm done to the game by ‘soft penalties’, what about the harm done to players’ careers by ankle breaking tackles?

I failed with the link – I put it in the box but it didnt work -have to check out your YOUTUBE……….but plenty others found the info and put on here did you not see ? The original article based on the MRHA figures is on “lifesitenews”.

    Hope that helps .

I found the full breakdown of ADRs, including the causes of the deaths (shortly after being vaccinated) on the MHRA site you referred to, for both vaccines on the Vaccine Analysis Profile. I think you are right to draw attention to the actual numbers over a period of less than two months. The scale and variety of non fatal adverse reactions, especially heart related, is also something that should not be easily dismissed, as by some on here.

Yes Cheers – Its on the governments own MRHA web-site so dont know why some on here so resistant.

Agreed, guilty on my sources are better than yours but I simply put that down to looking at more than the MSM for my info, and ignoring anything funded by NED.

Last time we ‘conversed’ you made this claim to know exactly what I read, what journals I subscribe to and the websites I visit. Also, if you truly think that the UK and US are as guilty as China on these fronts you are further down that burrow than is salvageable.

Off to clear ice from my garden path after the eggy ball game.

The red card was a turning point – harsh if you ask me – no way the Scottish refs would have given that against a team in blue.
