We’ve looked weaker when they’ve attacked Blackman’s side of the pitch
Have to say we never looked comfortable in the first half. Aberdeen never created anything, but the defence looks like a group who have never played together before, and there was always the potential for something like the og to happen.
We’ve loooked pretty incohesive going forward, and again probably to be expected given the line-up, with Mulgrew in the centre. We’re missing Broonie’s drive in there, and it might be time for Wanyama to come on in the second half to add a bit of solidity in there.
Despite all that, it’s disappointing to be going in level after a 45 minutes we probably shaded on the balance of play.

Still looking good, nothing sticking in Middle though and attacking wise we look kinda flat as well, dons goal out of nothing, poor defending, no clearance,no tackles and lots of time before the deflection. bring on the second half and for your blood pressures sake switch off the nugget through out HT as he will be all about the og.

Not convinced about Blackman at all…..not just about the OG either……Lustig looks more assured….still think we will win though!!!
Poor defending for the goal, all defenders drawn to the ball, leaving the attacker alone to shoot coming in from their left.

Straight after this game I am contacting ESPN…..we need as many Celtic fans as possible to complain about that Burley…..I don’t know what Celtic did to him, but he’s a FUD of the highest order…
Lustig and Blackman are doing well on their debuts…..unfortunate for the young lad, but the defending prior to that wasn’t up to scratch….

Personally I think both full backs are doing ok with Blackman just looking that wee bit better
HT Aberden 1-1 Celtic
Disappointed to lose the goal just before half time. Blackman unlucky as he blocked the initial shot but the all spun over Foster into tne net. Good first half performance from the Bhoys in difficult conditions. The pitch is bumpy and it looks like we were playing into a stiff wind. Both full-back on their debuts have done well. Both composed on the ball and keen to get forward. Blackman is small which teams may target in future but the bhoy is fast.
Great build up to our goal and a nice finish from Stokes. The front line have worked hard, forcing Aberdeen to hit the ball long. Defensively we have looked solid. Aberdeen have only lost once in their last 12 league games so are no pushovers but there is enough quality in our team to win this.
Aberdeen shot hitting the corner flag hits, Andre and goes in.
Abit like Ki’s goal at Easter road, you win some you lose some.
Big Lustic will settle right in at Celtic, looks solid and calm in possesion.Blackman, seems a very good talent, I agree with someone in that he’s certainly a Fiesty one, a little raw yet though.
