The best game I seen paddy play was this preseason againstinst inter milan, he played central midfield role and ran the show wIth his distribution I believe he can do that consistently given the chance.
TET, absolutely, if we have a bit of a lead come February and are still in the CL, we may well drop a few points on the run in, and a win is a win.

I agree about Paddy, from the bench he is expected to change the game with a few mins left, and when he doesn’t, according to the championship managers, he is finished, had his time etc.
He is the one player we have that can see a pass that others can only dream of.
He needs a run of games, give him that, then we will see the Paddy show the world how good he really is.

I can understand not playing him in Barca, but , he invariably gets put on with 15 / 20 minutes to go when we need to salvage something.
If he does , he is a hero , if he doesn’t , he gets criticism.
Think back to the game at Ibrokes two seasons ago when he played in midfield, and he showed he could put in a workman like shift. Any perceptions that he is only fit for 20 minute cameos are b*****ks

Regarding Celtic supporters being asked to leave the ground on Sunday.
From where I sat 4 supporters, 2 in front and 2 a few rows behind, were asked politely to leave the ground politely. They were not manhandled or forced out of the ground but they were offered a choice. Leave the stadium or have their season books cancelled by the club for the remainder of the season.
Their crime. Smoking. And it’s about bloody time the club cracked down on that.
So no complaint from me.

I also agree that if you do well when you come in then you stay in.
I remember when Paddy had his run did Cillian Sheridan not also get a run and also scored 3/4 goals? Strachan moved him on at Christmas when Hesselink was injured and Sammi was not firing again.

I wouldn’t care if he came from the moon, I rate him as a football player, I believe as I said previously, managers have favs who get a game regardless of form, that IMO is why Paddy has not had his chance, the only chance he got a few years ago IMO he acquitted himself well, however he was immediately dropped when a fav needed games, people were silenced about his stamina until he had been out of the picture a wee while then it started up again IMO like Sammi they simply chosen a victim and nothing will dissuade them, just look at how grudging their praise is when Sammi has a stormer.
The stamina lie is a bit like the sevco lie, just keep repeating it and it will become accepted.
