He has never been an aggressive player, so there is no need to assume intent, but an elbow to the face is a painful experience and potentially dangerous. These days, the away tickets go invariably to the same supporters. Supporters who by and large do us proud at grounds all over Scotland. Not all of them did that on Wednesday! There are only two “songs” which should never ever be sung by Celtic supporters, they are not football songs, certainly not traditional folk songs, not Irish, not Republican, not Nationalist, they are seasonal ditties that should be avoided at all cost. They are not representative, and only a minority of a minority would “sing” them. They are indefensible. Some things are. Our resident idiot actually posted one on here recently. I would be quite happy not to hear them for the next twenty years. Or ever!

I think almost every QPR player bar the goalie have been booked at this stage. Reckon Willie will give the Huns another 7 or 8 minutes to score or else he will reduce QPR to 9.
A belated Merry Christmas to the Celtic community. I was over in the UK without internet access for a couple of weeks. Needless to say it rained almost everyday. A couple of observations from the Festive period. I saw very little coverage in the MSM of Celtic’s wonderful gesture in replacing the Great Ormond Street Hospital presents. Did I miss some coverage or was the silence deliberate, as I suspect? Secondly, I caught the Dundee game and was really impressed by Ambrose’s performance. The ref was shocking, though.
