Celtic should accept Wilson ban offer

1201

Celtic should accept the offer of a two match ban for Kelvin Wilson following an incident at Dens Park on Boxing Day.  He has never been an aggressive player, so there is no need to assume intent, but an elbow to the face is a painful experience and potentially dangerous.  These are the rules and they are there for good reason.

Hopefully then we can get some intelligent debate rather than lazy journalism. The point of the blog after all. Please try and not to forget that.

Name calling lowers the tone and quality of the site. It has to be checked before it goes further.

I’ve been called a rentboy on here and recommended for a “boot in the homoz” – semantics?

  7. corkcelt-Good guys, had many a beer with them in O’Learys when they used to come over, mainly during MON days.

  8. Update on the Hampden attendance…

My bhoy has suggested that Sevco refused to take any tickets for the traditional Celtic end (unbelievable if true) so might claim a ‘technical’ sell-out! But no explanation as to why the WHOLE of the stand opposite the main stand is completely empty. Further, does anyone know any previous game at Hampden where the TV cameras were situated anywhere other than the main stand. In conclusion, crowd is around 30,000.

@tancredipalmeri: Platini on Celtic-Juventus: “If we look at the Champions League draw, it’s clear that Juventus is already in quarter-finals”

  12. You gotta laugh at the game at Hampden and at Sky.

They have switched the camera to the old stand which is mysteriously closed. surely they arent trying to make the huns look like they have filled the stadium.

Then we have a remarkable sending off – pathetic indeed.

When A group continually print one opinion and one opinion only and flatly refuse or as I suspect are incapable of countenancing any other stance then they are trolls. No debate ;-)

They also do this blog and Celtic a massive disservice. To expect a utopian behaved support considering the historical evidence in support of this ever happening is in my honest opinion moronic. That inability to engage in debate is what brings the home of Celtic quick news not lazy journalism into disrepute. They are continually engaging in lazy journalism and therefore detract from the blog and by extension Celtic.
