Watched the goal & celebrations and something just seemed odd and I couldn’t twig it.
So looked more closely one second hugger had glasses & like magic glasses disappear. Looks like one of the team following Rogic & jumping on his back sends our bhoy’s glasses flying.

That one honest mistake in not sending off Stockley should be enough to finishMadden as a top flight referee.The propaganda interview that appeared in the press during the week was a blatant attempt by the MSM to portray him as misunderstood. I think all Celtic fans understand Mr. Madden perfectly.

Great posts great reading, for this wee eijit, I think I have learnt more about Celtic and the lions in two documentaries and all the stories on here, this time two weeks ago I thought I knew everything about Celtic, just goes to show ….. Some of us (me) knows heehaw

I kid you not but many years ago I ended up in the jungle when I should have been in the Celtic end at the Honved game. When we scored it was pandemonium and my glasses end up flying. I screamed “nobody move, my glasses are on the deck” somehow a guy saw them and handed them back to me undamaged apart from a boot print smudge down the lens. Ever since when I sense we are going to score I take my glasses off.

Funny that, today as i was leaving i picked up a pair of glass on the stairs, had a look around but nobody was looking for them. So i thought i would give them to the Steward at the top of the stairs. I took at least 10 steps up and an older looking guy pops out of his row and says to me ‘they’re mine thanks big man’.

If only I could have been to the games. Have had my season ticket, along with Dena, since the Hamden season. However living in Cork and working no set hours on a month by month th basis means planning weekend trips to Glasgow is difficult.
On the other hand Dena and my other sisters have been looking after mum so I can’t complain.
Story from a lifelong Ipox season ticket holder….in with the usual guys….hears one of his is singing when were 4-1 up, ;” we don’t care what the animals say, what the hell do we care”….he thought there was a joke coming….but no…it was a hun in trance…..

Well if this is how it feels to be Celtic, then I want more and more and more.
I’ve been supporting Celtic since around 1980, been a season ticket holder through thick and thin since 1986.
There are times that stand out – both individual games and seasons….
1986 @ love street
1988 centenary season
1998 the “send your 10 in-a-row skywards” season
2001 treble
2003 Seville
But we have something something happening. I’m thinking that this season eclipses them all. We are playing football with a style that is devastating.
To go unbeaten is truly incredible…..!
Aberdeen were apparently magnificent today…..look at the stats, look at the last 30 minutes of the game.
Special mention tho to KT…..his celebration with the cup is to me the most memorable image of the day.
That lad GETS what it means to be Celtic……I really hope he gets is for many many years.

I have poor sight & badly need my glasses. At an All Ireland Hurling Final Cork V Galway a good few years back., I got one of the lenses knocked out in the celebrations following the final whistle. Despite a crawl around on my hands & knees when things quietened down it could not be located.
A neutral guy sympathised “Ah that spoils the win for you”, “It does in my arse” was my reply.
Later that wet night, with one eye half operating I drove home from Dublin & sang the whole way home, Happy as a pig in shit..
