And to be honest about it…..once efe fecked up again…..the team bottled it….again….just like Malmo.

So there you go…we obviously are not good enough to hold a two goal lead.

So….you might live in some fantasy football museum…..I will say, what I see.

Where did I say we couldn’t compete with Norwegian teams.

    I’ll look in again later.

We need consistency. The manager needs to deliver consistency. Loads to be happy about last night. The result I would have taken before kick off but not after going 2-0 up.

We are great in attack but terrible in defence. VVD and Denayer hid a lot of frailty that is now exposed.

Turning a domininant lead in to a draw is not the Celtic way. Delia needs to understand that quickly.

I make a comment…..you reply by saying. .”Agenda, Agenda, Agenda, all rubbish and gives huns SMSM oxygen to rip into the coach”

Now….I think you are being rather hysterical., and slightly over the top.

Yesterday you were backing the views of DD, who was telling anyone who would listen, how wonderful Rangers are.

And you have the fecking cheek to annoy me.

If you want to debate or disagree, that’s fine…..but less of the hysteria.

    Think before you blab.

Think about what you are saying……and its always me that you target.

If there is any agenda at work….its your board arse licking agenda.

    Go annoy somebody else

Is it busy at the PL fan club meetings? Thought not…

The business model has cost us 4 points in this competition imo.

Don’t be daft and dramatic, mistakes cost us 4 points, I was just wondering whe PL would be brought into it, sooooo predictable.

I tell you right now….you are the one with a agenda.

You exist on this blog to attempt to shut down the debate for you master’s

Criticism of any kind is not allowed.

You are the Joe McCarthy of CQN.

    Your intolerance should be confronted.

I feel like its your blog now…..you are the boss.

So you can censor all my posts…to make sure they are acceptable.

You should be ashamed of your carry on….but you cant see a problem…can you?

You are behaving like a total fanny.

  8. Looks a lot like Che Guevara on

I very seldom post. For my sins I was at the Emirates stadium on Tuesday for work to watch a “pretty, very technical, free flowing football team” lose to a team who played better, had a better work ethic and had did their homework. “We knew they left the outstde of the box empty at corners” so said their winning goal scorer.

Fenerbahce were lucky with the first goal which came from an error. 2nd goal was down to Celtic system and coaching. if there was an individual error I would ask why Scott Brown didnt block the header, he was on the post to cover that area. By standing tall he blocks that header but these things happen.

Many posters on here have slated Ambrose for the error on the 1st goal. He knows he messed up. The 2nd wasnt down to him. Ambrose plays to his limitations and was asked to do a job last night.

I think the players are doing the best they can, we should look at the coaching at set pieces, and the coaches themselves. there is a pattern here in cup ties of losing goals from corners. I am sure the coaches will learn. They got away with it last night. there was no defeat and we are still very much in that group.

A draw wasnt a bad result last night. This hysterical persecution and bile aimed at players, coaches and all personnel at the football club was once only the preserve of supporters whose club died some years ago.

    I wont post again.

  9. TD

PL has moved from Strathbungo to Newton Mearns and to Thorntonhall during his tenure – where have we as a club moved to in that time ?

  10. The Green Man

    Calm down Buddy!

Come along to 10/10 if you can and we’ll have a pint or two and a laugh.

    Great post by the way!

  11. Pogmathonyahun aka Laird of the Smiles on

Good afternoon from a bus stuck in a traffic jam in Glasgow. I enjoyed my visit to Paradise last night if not the result. My main bugbear from last night was I lost count of the number of corners we had last night where we had one man in the box and loaded the edge of the penalty area with players, each time for the ball to be played into the 6 yard area.

  12. West End of East End on

Got to say that BT coverage of our games are a total contrast to watching on Sky, pro Celtic commentators telling it as it is without an agenda. Glad they have the next 3 Celtic games…

  13. Reluctant to be an Efe basher as he is a very good athlete.

Unfortunately he does not have the mental strength or concentration to be a top class defender.

His athletic prowess covers up a lot of the mental errors but on to many big occasions he has been found wanting.

He is a good honest trier but in football there is no room for sentiment so he has to be dropped as he has had many chances but to often failed.

He is most at fault for dropping points last night but coaching staff can share a portion to.

Our set piece marking is hopeless and has been so far this season so whoever has responsibility for this has to be held accountable as does the head coach.

There is so much video technology available to analize whats happening on the pitch now there is no excuse for this glaring problem not to be addressed.

Not all bad though Tierney and Forrest both suggesting that our academy may offer hope for the future.

And Leigh is getting better on the European stage.

  14. TD67

I don’t know anything about the trust, living in a cave puts paid to that.

Long before you started posting on here, I among others have been critical of the business model, not for the sake of slagging Pedro, but cos we actually care about how our club is being run.

When they do good things, I am among the first to praise them, when they fail, I will slag them, no agenda whatsoever, just wanting better for the club.

They have made and make many mistakes, as they also make many good decisions, but they are not infalible as you seem to think they are.

I actually agree in principal with the policy, I don’t agree that it should be so rigid, there are times it can and should be more flexible, I am talking about player recruitment here.

The finances, they are doing a cracking job all things considered.

    HH

And I do know a thing or two about running a business :-)

  15. TD67

Your stupid sycophantic intolerance, which is similar in tone to seventeenth-century Presbyterianism, has no place on a Celtic blog.

You are like John Knox on acid.

You wont stop me from posting….hell will freeze over first.

  16. Pogmathonyahun aka Laird of the Smiles on

I wish I had a £ for every time the guy across from me, on this bus, uttered the phrase ” for f&cks sake” because of the jam. I wouldn’t need to buy a ticket for tonight’s Euromillions :-)

  17. Disgusting piece by E-Tims diary today.A piece I look forward to normally.Just what goes on in these cretins heads. Its beyond me.The hysteria against the club being whipped up by these f-k-n spoiled brats, because thats how they come across,is despicable.Really time some took a long hard look at themselves.”Sack the manager, assistant manager,Kennedy, drop Gordon”Oh really?.

Celtic fans,my @ss.My urine would stay within the confines of my bladder if they combusted in front of me in the street.

  18. Pogmathonyahun

We are mince at all set piece situations.

    Defensive or offensive.

Our throw ins are also terrible with possession nearly always conceded.

    These areas need better coaching

  19. Weeminger,

I agree, the team last night are much improved and a bit of refinement to iron out the inconsistencies will see us through and I think we will go further than last year.

Problem is once we have a decent outfit, it will be sold from under him.

You definitely got me there mate, I hadent a clue the club was in trouble, I haven’t heard or saw anything in the SMSM that we where in turmoil? I know we are out of the CL an all that, but I didn’t know things where that bad? Ah well there yi go.

  21. A lot of criticism of the coaching at Lennoxtown.

I actually think that has been Ronny and JC’s big success.

I can never remember us passing the ball as well or as quickly in Europe as we are doing now.

The zonal marking is the same as it was last year – we hardly lost a goal.

We are losing goals just now due to personnel i suspect.
