  1. SFTB…counterpoint…it’s still early days in the Ange revolution and I fully expect us to get beat at some point…tho by who in the SPFL is debatable….plastic pitch? teams leaving their grass too long, overwatering etc…MIBs…who knows but it will happen. As for ST…Jamesie wisnae playing ;-))

Question…I’ve been sifting through hunners of SPFL rules pages and haven’t come accross any rule regarding away ticket allocation. Somewhere in the back of my mind says that the Huns are rule-breaking re allocating us none…can anyone confirm/deny? TIA

If Turnbull’s leg hadn’t been off the ground , it could well have been broken . Power is very much “that type of player”.

  3. NOTTACLUE1…no idea…I would like to think so. I’ve my own thoughts on what was happening

  4. Watched the Red card challenge again. Had my doubts at the time but not on second viewing. Reckless, not in control and endangered an opponent. Christie saw red for the same thing at Livingston a few years back.

    Power is a thug.

  5. Superb stuff again from the Bhoys, 6 going on double figures, a red all day long, very surprised the wee scrotum gave it, about the only thing he got right, turncoats are way worse IMO.

AT from earlier, aye you hit the nail on the head, and another turncoat with the GG and to think that I used to have time for him.

Big Jimmy, nice one on the bet, had 7/0 masel and that turd only added on 1 efin minute, and yip, she can sing alright.

  6. Celtic are very easy on the eye, plenty pace movement options and banging them in, dont think for a minute it is easy to play like this, fitness seems to have went through the roof, the players look happy and are enjoying what they are doing. Brilliant to watch.

  7. i was on hesgoal today and it was st mirren tv commentary. they were very complimentary of the new Celtic and reckon others may take more than 6 with 11 players.

I didn’t see the offside goal for them but they were convinced it was legit. Debated the yellow/red a bit but you could tell they were annoyed with Power

    PS

i tried vipleague once and got an avalanche of spam, click bait, virus alerts (not real) and porn, Didn’t even get to the video (said i had to sign up and that was for another service)

Never again. Others say they had no issues- strange

    PPS

Paid for the Alkmaar game on Celtic PPV – very good picture on my phone out at dinner and on the laptop back at my holiday home. Much better than Passto Paradise. Maybe less people taking it up helps

  8. That was very impressive.the speed of our all round play is going to be very hard for Scottish teams to live with.imo we can still improve our final ball.thats comes with more composure before delivery.it is night and day to last seasons disaster.

    Bring on the Huns

    Hail Hail Brothets

  9. Just home after another excellent performance.

Superb stuff Ange and the Bhoys.

I hope Ross County can do something the morra, which will heap the pressure onto thems that cannae handle pressure. The Mibs are their real Ace in the pack.

    C’mon the Staggies!!!!

  10. Was working today so I never seen the game.

Could anyone tell me who became captain when Cal went off?

  11. Another fantastic performance today from Ange and the team.

    A couple of points.

Collum really is a cheat. The amount of free kicks he gave St Mirren in the first 15 mins was unbelievable.

Secondally, I’m afraid Greg Taylor won’t do. I admire his commitment, but just not good enough

  12. not long in from the game , Ralston and Abada look to have a good combination going on the right wing some excellent overlapping taking place , if we had been playing against a team with a decent forward we could have lost a couple of goals but if we score 6 then suppose we can live with that , still not convinced with Starfelt.

  13. LAXALT…It was, as Big Wavy sed, Ryan Christie…am gonna read it as he’s staying….;-))

  14. Another fine performance , i picked a cracker for my first game this season.

I haven’t seen a replay of the red card tackle, it looked a bad one from where i was .

Well done again Ange and the bhoys

  15. oh and by the way both Soro (lucky he didn’t get a second yellow) and Ryan can be reckless with their challenges.

  16. St.Tams

Starfelt. You feelin a bit more confident in him?

Taylor.i thought had a good game.got an assist with Ababa 2nd.i thought he dropped inside(ol inside slightly line) and fed Christie/left side well.

He wore those hoops well today imo.

Ach its just great been back in stadium the scores a great bonus

    :-)

Still trying to stick the boot into Lenny even though he’s not our manager anymore (not a rhetorical question)?

Either way, he hasn’t gone away you know.

  18. SIONNAIGH, not having a go at anyone, I was asking as last couple of games I’ve only seen lineup about an hour before kickoff. I did not in any way infer anything.

  19. INIQUITOUSIV, Duffy’s qualities are defending deep, clearing lines, winning baws in the air. That’s his game…. on the back foot.

God only knows who thought he could play out from the back Ajeresque….. on the front foot.

  20. 2 points

Callum was heading to pass armband to Joe, and someone from dugout instructed him to pass to Ryan

2ndly – only repeating myself, when are we going to challenge FtSFA refereeing?

5 subs in 2nd half, a couple of injuries

    4th official only captured 60secs 🤔😡😡😡

On your second point , you’ve almost got to pity the poor wee masonic souls . We are playing such devastating football that they can only find very minor ways to penalise us , such as making sure we don’t have time for a seventh goal .

  22. Abada, Turnbull, Kyogo, Forrest, Eduoard, Rogic and McGregor all have an eye for goal.

Good to read on here that Taylor is showing good team sense and working hard off the ball out on the left.

Juranovic impressed me at the Euros. Tenacious he was.

  23. Not difficult or tiring when you are playing and winning like that.Players will be raging at having to sit one out.

Calmac looks fresher by the game, because the much maligned,on here,Taylor does some amount of work for him.Great partnership.

    SIONNAIGH on 21ST AUGUST 2021 7:46 PM

Correct. Whoring himself out to the hun media putting us down at every opportunity.

New soup taker of the first order.

  25. 37 shots.

    6 goals.

Turnbull hat-trick and a shot off the post, Involved in everything. His best game for us yet, A career high point with the hat-trick.

BBC Scotland gives a star man rating to someine called McGrath 8.7 , wtf.

    Next,

the major talking points on clyde after game was the sending off, only a yellow says rae and wilson.

they take 20 minutes arguing the toss on this. Host then reads the proper rules, and the offender broke every line item.

    Next,

st mirrens goals should have stood. they might have made a game of it, aye right.

    Next,

traffic management across glasgow is a disaster. i had to come from battlefield road to celtic park, its shambolic. bus lanes with busses of no passangers. and the cycle lanes no onw uses

  26. If Abadas perfectly good goal had not been chalked off at Tynecastle,he would be right on Kyogos tail.

Could play more as a striker.Would think he and Kyoto as a front 2 would be a handful on Thursday in a 4-4-2.
