This i don’t understand………….when i google vipleague i get the same so now i go through the search on my home page that’s MSN ……..it sure is weird…………i was using hesgoal but too much buffering so that’s when i came across vipleague through the other chanell, works well.(don’t know if buffering is correct word)

Think it’s time for the Irish Club.

  2. One for the stattos . maybe Tontine brilliant power of recall, but when was the last time celtic won with back to back 6-0 results ?

back to the lions time ?

  3. Back with a disgraceful comment about our legendary captain and manager, utterly disgraceful.

    Proud of yourself ?

  4. First look live at Celtic this season, unbelievable turnaround in a few weeks, Collum is incompetent rather than a cheat, scared to book guys after the red card, including Christie. The more we see, the worse it looks for the previous regime

I would drop Eddy for Ibrox, he slows it down too much, Kyogo through the middle for me.

  5. The football today was very good, the injection of pace up top, pressing, overloads and runners is entertaining to say the least. The link up play can be a joy to watch, total nightmare to play against. Attacking to the last minute is great to see.

The whole team works very hard to get our fullbacks and wide players into good positions. Too many times the final ball was poor, particularly from taylor. Taylor and ralston have the energy and graft and are good for 15 to 20 games a season, but we need a couple of first choice fullbacks, big game players with pace and a consistant good final ball. The new rightback looks the business to me.

Another left back is needed (perhaps scales), a left winger and a forward.

Think eduard and christie will be sold and I would be happy to see griff, boli, barkas and bitton go either on loan or permanently.

A few of the youngsters in and around the first team squad need to get out on loan out for own development I.e. Connell, o’connor, henderson, McEnroy etc.

  6. Just in – some wonderful Italian food after the match. Looking forward to seeing the ‘Power tackle’ red card, and comments on SS tomorrow.

We were agreed over dinner that whilst we have scored over twenty competitive goals, we must have missed at least as many ‘gilt-edged’ chances. If it could/should have been eleven against Dundee, today, thirteen springs to mind….Kyogo(2), Eddy(2), Rogic, Calmac, & Abada being the culprits😁 never satisfied CSC.

  7. Celtic winning by a goal – injury time shall be 4 minutes.

celtic drawing – injury time shall be determined by who scores the next goal.

celtic being beaten – no such thing as injury time.

celtic winning well – blow at 90 minutes.

    Stivs…that is a great Celtic quiz question…my guess…never?

its going to need a deep dive into the wiki record books.

i do remember our 3 x 5 goal wins in 84 or 85 , 3 different players with hat trick over 3 games, maybe choccy, judas, rambo,

maybe Saint Mirren , Hearts, Dundee ?

or maybe i dont remember them at all.

  9. We know that Calvin Klein does Obsession….I wonder who makes Sanctimonious? – is it YSL….Yves Saint Lauren, not Yarrow Shipbuilders Ltd.😄

  10. great interview, i admire his fortitude and resolute understanding of what went on.

Celtic: Neil Lennon says it is ‘evident’ crowd return is behind return to form

Last updated on7 hours ago7 hours ago.

    From the sectionCeltic

    Neil Lennon

Neil Lennon resigned as Celtic manager in February with the club 18 points adrift in their quest to win 10 consecutive Scottish Premiership titles

Former manager Neil Lennon says it is “evident” that having supporters back in stadiums has been crucial in inspiring Celtic’s revival in form.

The 50-year-old cited the lack of crowds as a major issue as his side relinquished the league title and led to his resignation in February.

Lennon also revealed that striker Odsonne Edouard has made it clear he wanted to leave last summer.

“I always believed the return of fans would bring the buzz back,” he says.

Celtic complete deal of Croatia’s Juranovic

“Not only to the club but the players. I think that’s what’s evident now.”

After a run of three games without a win, Celtic have won their last five – scoring 16 goals in the process – under new boss Ange Postecoglou.

However, does not buy into the suggestion that the change in the dugout is a factor in that.

“I take exception to the theory that they weren’t playing for me and now they’re playing for Ange,” Lennon tells BBC Radio Scotland’s Football Breakfast Show.

“Because the year before for me they were incredible – we beat Lazio and won a treble – but, when the lockdown came, it affected the players differently.

“We were in the midst of a pandemic. Players were coming into the club after being sold that Glasgow was a great city, there would be big crowds and a nice social life. They had none of that.”

Lennon states that it was not an issue of players not trying for him last term, but some had their heads turned amid transfer interest from elsewhere.

One of those players was French striker Edouard, who Lennon says made clear he wanted away.

“You could tell in the pre-season when we went to France that his body language wasn’t with us,” the former Celtic captain adds.

“I think he was of the mindset with his representatives that a move was in the offing. He had scored 28 goals up until March [2020].

“He was sought after by everyone, then the pandemic came. We had one bid for Odsonne in the summer of last year, but it was nowhere near the valuation of the player.”

  11. Stivs as I read it: Celtic Wiki: Hat Trick Bhoys show plenty of back to back weekly hat-tricks…but no triple…am probably missing something ;-))

  12. Tell you one thing that’s not two, it’s feisty at this time of the day. I feel like I’ve tuned into a soap opera…. how far back to you have to go to get a just on all the main players, plot et al? Someone should draw up a list of CQN characters (myself excluded, fragile nite time bit part) for easy reference and real time participation.

  13. Stivs, I thought similar to you. Revealing as it was real. Would be hard pushed to disagree with anything what he said.

  14. Admittedly…your view of yer character will differ from everyone elses (pretty sure fragile never entered into our heads)…you do you brother

    H.H.

  15. TLT, I’ll take that as a compliment even though I shouldnt. Being of Irish heritage I don’t take praise very well.

  16. Why would I wan’t to insult you? Please take it as was meant…truly if you’re feeling fragile mentally and not just hungover I would urge you to seek help

  17. If I have interpreted the stats correctly, we were over SIX times more likely to have a foul awarded against us than St Mirren were. Something doesn`t seem quite right there.

  18. I’m not surprised the humour was lost on you TLT. Better discuss it further with your/our friends ;-)

  19. Our football is sensational already. The weight of a multitude of passes Today were outstanding.

Thursday will be a very hard game and I hope we can get through, I am confident we will progress and it would be a significant result.

    Exciting Times

  20. You would need to be 87 years old to have seen Rfc winning the league more times than us.

The sevco players are playing like a team that haven’t been paid their promised money.

Ross County will probably beatbthe newhuns tomorrow and I predict we will win this league by 26 points.

Losing to Malmo was 2 broken legs for the skintos. Failing to realise a decent transfer fee for their stars is 2 broken arms. Pumping them next week will just be like giving them a slap.

    Scum club

    Scum fans

    Skint directors

    A junkie business plan

  21. Watched the game there…

    Thought Starfelt was brilliant…

The Ange exoress won’t be stopping.

Betting-wise…. Bet a sevy to get sent off against Ross County and another next week atvthe Begging Bowl.
